Luffy headed out to the roof of the palace building and sat on the desert night in hopes to calm down the still itching and burning sensation on the wound

"Ouuuwwww" he complained as the mark still yelled in heat, fortunately he found a water holder from the rain that was filled to the brim and Luffy instantly grabbed it carefully to not spill it while retracting his extended arms "I hate this part-"

Putting it over his head he overturned it over his chest without thinking it over. Upon hitting the mark the wound sizzled like fire being put out or a barely made sword ligjted in heated metal

"AAAGHHH SHIT! Wuaaaaa... that's better" he growled and sighed now finally rid of that rash and itch. The pain was tough but now with that feeling gone, he could lay down in peace just like the night was, Luffy calmed his anger and stress over the spontaneous scar to now be looking at the still air in ambience

Now relieved from the pain, he shortly dashed and sat on the balcony of the roof to look to the blue stars. They seemed so close to the point one could be able to touch and gleamed like lights of a bug

He felt his eyes wane from the tranquility his ears heard, peace soothing him to sleep

He yawned and turned to lay in a corner to have some sleep until he heard a sound behind him.

He turned back to see or sense what it was and due to his nappy eyes failed to see her. When she became noticeable, Luffy saw Vivi peeking her head to the roof to close for comfort

Luffy was jumpscared alittle, he never felt her presence and seeing her watching snitchingly got him thinking it was an enemy or just one of the many annoying amd weird animals in Alabasta

She took some steps forward and looked at the captain "Luffy-san...may-y I join you?"

Luffy shrugged. The pirate was still not in the mood yet resented himself for using such a harsh tone on them when it was no one's fault, after all a flaming injury from nothing indeed was alarming

"Yeah-h" Luffy made out in a stutter, still feeling akward at her sudden stalking

The princess came to his side with a bit of space, holding a rolled-up blanket and a pillow "Are you really okay?" She asked looking at his chiseled chest with the giant scar shadowed over by the night

"No... not really" Luffy was honest to her who felt the need to help him

She took a more noticeable peek to his covered injury and Luffy could see her worry, she looked extremely intrigued that he could not hide it anymore

"Can I see it?" She questioned him in a slight nervous tone. This made Luffy quirk an eyebrow at her

"Well if you want to! It's not like-"

Luffy shushed her and turned to face her, she gasped alittle to the damage it has done, she has seen blood thanks to Crocodile but nothing as gory like Luffy's injury as it almost revealed the muscles under his skin

"Gosh Luffy-san this looks horrible like if you were... burnt by something unimaginable" Vivi said now motioning Luffy to sit on the layed out blanket. He accepted and layed on it while Vivi put the pillow under his head

"Yeah, how did it got there though? It hurt like hell" he inwardly chuckled at the lie and seeing Vivi not paying attention to him, instead she was 'massaging' the wound with extreme careness

He got her intention at the brim of her eyes shinning on him and liking her gentle touch on his sore scar the more she rubbed it even he felt a bit hot, he got an idea to sooth her and to please a feeling inside him
