Batman had arrived at the location that Joker was sighted in. Batman knew he had other priorities. He had to stop the mother box bargain. Meanwhile Steve was also searching for someone. Bucky had been missing for hours now. Not only him but Tony was also gone. Steve was not on good terms with either of them. Dead shot on the other hand did not want to be there. He had things to do. Not only was he searching for a terrorist. But enchantress had returned somehow. Which is strange since enchantress had her heart destroyed in the midway city incident. June was freed. Up until now. Rick of course was devastated about this. Which is why he reformed the squad. But with different members. New meta humans. It was really fascinating knowing that there were people who struggled more than him. Harley of course didn't go back to the squad. She was focused on mending her relationship with the Joker. Joker was overjoyed when he had Harley back in his possession. Joker never would admit it but he had felt something for Harley. Like a need for her. Joker was watching Harley continuously beat Bucky in awe. He had taught her so much. He was proud. But then he remembered another obsession. Batman. He had just arrived joker was excited. He sent his thugs to rough him up. He never liked it when batman tried to reason with him. He enjoyed fighting more. Then something peculiar happened. Batman was hit with a shield. Batman inspected it.  It was covered in what appeared to be patriotic attire. Steve hit whatever thing was entering the building that he suspected Bucky was in. Dead shot had told him that if he was anywhere it would be here. Dead shot was more than certain it was joker who kidnapped him. Joker had a tendency to kidnap sidekicks. Ace chemicals. The place where joker was born. The place where he killed his first victim. The place where Jason took his last breath. The place where he and Harley were married. He laughed. He laughed so the whole world could hear. Batman tackled joker. Joker fought batman with every will of his might. The two fought until they were interrupted by a gunshot. Dead shot was not ready for this. He had fought batman before but never had he fought the joker. Steve on the other hand was focused on fighting jokers lackey. Black widow was in battle with her. Steve decided to help her out. Friends come first. Priorities later.  The battle was getting intense.  Bucky was still in a daze. Joker had finally had enough. He noticed batman was distracted by dead shot. And then he noticed a revolver on the floor. He picked it up and headed for Bucky. Steve noticed this, he ran towards joker. But he was too late. Joker had succeeded. He killed Bucky. Boom. Yeah I just did that. Bucky's dead. Which means that Steve isn't gonna be happy. What will happen? Like always stay tuned! Sphinx 98
