Chapter 24

"Oh my god! You did it!" I shouted at Leo while handing over Thiago. Barcelona had just won the Champions League final and I couldn't be prouder of Leo.

"I love you! Vamos," he says holding out his free hand to help me down from the stands so we could go celebrate. We smile back at each other before laughing and running towards the pitch where everyone was running and celebrating. He goes with Thiago to pose with Luis and his daughter for a picture, while I wander over to Sofi who's taking pictures of everything. I take a selfie with her before Thiago runs over to me. "Mami, Benja!" I nod my head and he goes to hug his friend while I look for Leo, who's talking with Lucho. He saw me looking and winked at me before seeing Thiago rushing towards him and he bent down to receive his son.

After about an hour of celebrations and pictures, the team had to head to the plane, as did the families, but we had to fly a charter plane. Once we arrived back in Spain, the team headed for a club, along with their wives while the nannies took the kids back to their respective houses.

I finally found Leo talking with Luis and Sofi and joined them. "Felicitaciones!" I shouted to Luis and hugged him before giving Sofi a kiss on the cheek. I turn to Leo and give him a quick kiss and wrapping my arms around his waist while he put an arm around my shoulders. We all followed Geri inside where he stole the show with his celebrations.

We all danced and drank until around 4 am, which by then Leo was speaking Catalan. By the time we got home it was around 5:30 and I tried to keep Leo quiet so he wouldn't wake Thiago up, but that didn't work well with both of us really stumbling, but thankfully the little boy didn't stir.

We were woken around noon by my phone ringing, which Valentina answered, but still the sound woke us. Leo groaned at the disturbance which made me laugh and roll over on him, "How are you?" I asked.

"Adolorit," he grumbled in Catalan. I rolled my eyes not understanding him. I moved off the bed and downstairs where I saw Thiago watching his Mickey. As soon as the little boy saw me, he got up and ran over, "Mamiiiiiii." I bent down and picked him up and spun him around before positioning him on my hip, "Ooooh mi amor, how's Mickey this morning?" Thiago continued to tell me all about the show's adventure that morning while I got coffee for me and some water and Advil for Leo. Valentina came to get Thiago ready for the day while I went back up to the room. I left the Advil and water for him and went to check my phone.
