3rd POV
"Ezra where have you been?" Obi-wan shook his shoulders. Ezra couldn't spit out a single word, even though he has before. His mind was flooded with confusion. Why would Anakin, Obi-wan and a young girl be doing here? This planet is controlled by the Separatists, though Onderon's real King got locked away. Is that why they're here? "Ezra answer me!"

"I-I came here because Onderon is not controlled by the Republic," Ezra answered.

"Why would you come here if you knew that?" Anakin asked.

"Because I was to embarrassed to show my face in the Jedi Order. I failed my team, I ran away from my problems, I relinquished the Republic," Ezra gazed at the floor. He felt guilty on leaving in such a childish way. Most Jedi die with honor or disappear doing something dangerous, he wasn't one of them.

"Ezra, you ran because you didn't want to get killed. We understand that, your padawan team would have done the same if they were in the same situation," Anakin poised him.

"I guess, but I have a question."

"And what might that be?" Obi-wan inquired. He look at him, with a stern glare in his eyes. His back was straight, as if he was confronting an enemy. He took a death breath.

"Who's that," Ezra pointed at Ashoka. The Jedi rolled their eyes. Ahsoka got closer to Anakin, ready to introduce herself to a new friend.

"My name is Ahsoka Tano. Also known as Commander Tano," Ahsoka shook his hand.

"A commander? Very impressive for someone that is sixteen?" Ezra smiled. Ahsoka nodded and felt happy that he was impressed by someone younger than him. "I was a Commander myself too when I was sixteen. The names Bridger, Ezra Bridger."

Ahsoka's smile vanished. Did he just lie about being impressed? But Ahsoka shook the thought off, he had a bit of a sarcastic smirk glued to his face. Which didn't help.

"Not was, you are still a commander," Obi-wan corrected. Ezra shrugged, he didn't feel like a commander anymore. He felt like an untrained youngling.

"There is still something you are not telling us," Anakin sensed. Ezra bent his head, only seeing shoes. "Ezra. What is the real reason you ended up here?"

"My ship was beaten up and didn't have enough fuel to get me to Coruscant and I crashed on Naboo, then I got on the wrong transport and I didn't have enough credits to get to Coruscant," Ezra shamingly said. Ahsoka had a funny disappointing expression.

"So you're telling me this. That you are a commander, was the leader of a Clone trooper group, leader of a Padawan team, you are an advanced apprentice of Master Windu yet, you got on the wrong transport?" Ahsoka questioned. She couldn't believe her ears, this had to be fake.

"Pretty much," Ezra crossed his arms. Ahsoka face-plamed, Anakin rubbed his forehead in sorrow, and Obi-wan rolled his eyes again.

"Alright, let's just go to the base," Obi-wan suggested.

"Wait, what base? Where?" Ezra began to walk with them.

"We have a lot to talk about," Anakin laughed.

--

They walled into the base, a few people looked at Ezra and began to question in their minds who he was.

"Rebels, this is Ezra. The Jedi that has been 'helping you.'" Anakin presented. Saw's smile turned inot an even bigger one.

"Nice work on sending us supplies," Steela thanked. Ezra nodded. They all sat down.

"Your success will not unnoticed," Anakin stated. The people cheered and laughed. Their first mission was perfect. They shared drinks all around.

"I agree, but we need to be mindful of the public perception. What was your observation, Padawan?" Obi-wan announced.

"The people were fearful, Master."

"Indeed. Judging from the reactions I saw today, I'm afraid they will mistake your intentions," Obi-wan groomed his beard. The rebels quieted down.

"We need to do more damage. A few dozen broken-down droids will do little to free Onderon," Saw punched his hand. Yet, Steela had something else in mind.

"The people need to believe we can succeed. Without their support, our efforts are meaningless," Steela vocalized.

"If they're afraid, they won't support us. We need to assure them of our intentions," Lux insisted.

Saw spoke up, "I don't understand. Why are they afraid?"

"They' afraid we're not strong enough to win. We need to earn their trust," Steela claimed.

"You'll have plenty of time to earn their trust. All if you are going to be very busy," Anakin smirked.

"Today was only a taste. You'll get your chance," Rex assured them. They were prepared on what lies ahead. They were doing this for Onderon, they wouldn't give uo without a fight.

"In the meantime, make the most of your victories. Welcome and learn from them," Obi-wan said

"Perhaps if we hit something big, gabe a show of strength, they will overcome their fear and join us," Lux crossed his arms behind his back and stood up. We took a couple of steps before stopping.

"So you have something in mind?" Ahsoka asked. She already knew the answer, but she still waited for a response.

"I know the perfect target"

~Short chapter I know, but need your guys's help. It involves Ezra. So, as you all know, every padawan has a Padawan braid, that includes Ezra. What two colors should Ezra's braid have? Since Ezra went missing at the age of 16 he would have the red at the bottom.

I think Ezra should have green and yellow. (Plus the red of course.) Do you guys agree? Don't be afraid to tell me, I want to make sure his studies matches a bit if his personality. Don't forget to vote and comment what you think 😄
