Chapter 14

Emma's POV

I woke up and Killian was gone. I got up and went to Jax's room and he was gone. I walked out to the living room and Killian was laying on the floor with Jax.

"Look lad its Mommy." Killian says.

"Hey." I say.

"So what should we do today?" He asks.

"I was thinking just go out for a walk around maybe get some lunch." I say.

"Sounds lovely Emma." He says.

"How about I get him ready and we go." I say.

"Already love." He says.

I got Jax changed and we headed out or our long walk around the city. We were in the park and I saw Neal.

"Killian can we go the other way?" I ask.

"Sure Love." He says.

"Emma!" Neal yells.

"Dont stop." I say.

"Emma!! Stop." Neal yells.

"You go that way. I'll be back." I tell him.

"I'll be close by." Killian says.

I went over to Neal and he just looked at me.

"Get away from me Neal. Your not anything to me." I tell him.

"And that guy is?" He asks.

"Yes he is. He is the father of my son and we are slowly coming to a relationship." I tell him.

"So then what about his ex's? The one he was to marry?" He asks.

"She's gone and how do you know that?" I ask.

"Doesnt matter. Leave him and come back to me. Im mean he has money he will just leave you anyway." He says.

"Over your dead body." I say walking to Killian.

I told him what happened and he just held me close and kissed my head.

"Its okay dear. He was just talking to freak you out." He says.

"Can we just go home?" I ask.

"Yeah come on. Lets get my two favorite people home." He says.

"Killian, where is this going?" I ask.

"I hope this is going to end perfectly this time." He says.

"Me too." I say.

When we got home we put Jax to bed and Killian just held me close to him. I felt safe with him.
