Part 2- Apology

" You'll be okay. The bleeding has stopped and the swelling should go down after an hour or two ". Blake said touching the small cotton pads on each side of my nose. I bite my lip at the pain but held it in. She then pulled her hand away and looked out the cave.

" That war has really gotten into them. I have nightmares sometimes but the ones they have worries me ". Blake said concerned. I look out the cave too and I saw Ruby and yang at the edge of the stone platform Infront of our cave. Our cave is the largest in the pride lands along with the platform that stretches out for a couple of yards away. And wide too.

" Yeah... it's been coming up a lot recently ". I said softly. It kind of hurt to talk because then my nose will move and it hurts. We keep staring at them until I spotted Lily and Aria approaching our cave to my left. Archer and rin ran to us once they spotted me. Lily was holding mei.

" Mommy! ".

Rin called out as she and archer approached me. I smile when rin took a seat on my lap while archer sat on my left. They look at me with big concerned eyes and I reach to pet both their heads. " Mommy's okay. You don't have to worry ". I said then look up when Lily and Aria approached.

" You doing alright? ". Aria asked seriously. I nod, smiling wide when Lily passed mei to me. She held out her arms and I pick her up gently. She whined when I brought her up to my chest. She wrapped her small arms around me as she nuzzled into my neck.

" Where's Belle, Tai and Li? ". Blake asked worryingly. I look at her patting mei on the back. " Don't worry. They're with Annie and Mikasa ". Lily said assuringly. Blake visibly relaxed and nodded. " Thank you ". She said and the couple bowed a little.

" Thank you for watching them. I appreciate it ". I said looking at the two of them. They smiled " Anything for our queen, really. Oh, and I'm sorry about what happened to Ruby. It's been pretty rough for all of us lately ". Aria said her tone dropping. I frown slightly, looking at archer who had silently crawled up to lean against my left side.

" Well, we'll be going. We have to take care of the other Cubs until noon ". Lily said and they both bow. " Bye ". I said and they stood back up. They smiled and turned around. They walk away from us and I look at rin who was poking my leg.

" Did mom have another bad dream? ". She asked innocently. I nod reaching forward to pet her cheetah ears. She frowned sadly as she leaned into my hand. " Mom's being scawry again... ". She muttered then grabbed onto my hand. She nuzzled her cheek into my palm and I frown.

" She's just afraid sweetheart. She can't help it ". I said gently. She whined and I sigh. I look up at Blake and she shrugs. She then stood up and dusted herself off. I furrow my brows when I now notice she was wearing one of yang's big baggy flannels. That brute is too massive and tall for this world.

" I swear to- please don't tell me you didn't do it yesterday or just last night ". I said catching her off guard. She looks at the flannel then me. She blushed, stepping back. " No... ". She said slowly. I look at her with a deadpan expression and she chuckles nervously.

" Maybe not yesterday... ". I heard her mutter and I roll my eyes. I then gesture to herself with my right hand since rin was still nuzzling my left. Blake grumbled, opening up the flannel slowly. She just wore her underwear with the usual white wraps around her chest but that wasn't the only thing I was looking at.

" My god... even after nine years I still get embarrassed by this ". Blake mumbled pouting. I just stare at her dumbfounded at all the purple spots and even bite marks all over her body. And it barely looks faded away. They still look new.
