The beginning

Every so often, a person enters your life out of nowhere and suddenly means the world to you.

A mother enters her daughter's room to wake her up but finds it empty. She starts shouting, waking up the entire house.

As her mother was shouting, Uttara, her younger daughter entered the room and inquired about what was happening. Her mother replied that she couldn't find her elder sister. Upon hearing this, Uttara's face lit up and she smirked, saying "Come on, Mom! It's Sunday. Do you really think she'll be cooped up in the house on such a beautiful day?" Her mother sighed, realizing that Uttara was right and knowing exactly where her elder daughter was.

A girl was running towards the crease to save the wicket. She managed to save it at the very last moment and started jumping with joy. However, her happiness didn't last long as she noticed all the other kids running away. Confused, she shouted, "Hey, what's wrong? Why are you running?" As soon as she finished her sentence, she realized why they were running and awkwardly smiled while looking at her mother who was standing behind her.

"Hey Mom, it's great to see you! I woke up early, just like you always wanted," she said, grinning. But her smile faded when she saw her mother's angry expression. Sighing, she followed her mother inside.

"Sorry, Mum," she whispered, barely audible. She stood inside the house with her sister behind their mother, shooting her a disapproving look.

You are 21 years old, Shona. As the elder sister, you should be more responsible, but you often act like a kid. Your younger sister, Uttara, will learn from your behavior, so it's important that you set a good example for her. Soon you will graduate from college and start working on your own. You will have to be responsible for yourself and your future family. I am concerned that you're not acting mature enough.  I don't want you to waste your time playing with kids every day and you should dress appropriately for society. It's time for you to grow up and start acting more responsibly. Her mom told Swara

When her mom was talking, her dad came behind her mom and started mimicking her mother. Shona couldn't control her laughter, but she bite her lips so hard to control it, which was seen by her mother, she looked behind her only to find out her husband mimicking her and with that, she sighed.

"Shekhar you are spoiling her by doing this, you know "as her mother was saying this shona rolls her eyes

"Mom, first of all, playing cricket dos'not mean that I am spoiled and second, why are you so tense about my marriage, you don't have to
I am not marrying like ever, so you don't have to worry about that part and third I am wearing shorts its summer mom what do you want me to wear a coat, mom, please don't ever say what will society say, society will judge you whatever we do ok "
Her mother was going to say something which was cut by her husband

" Shomi swara is saying right don't ever say what will society says, they say a lot without even caring "Shomi did not want to fight with her elder daughter and her husband, so she kept quiet and just gave a small smile

"But whatever you say shekhar , but she has to get marry soon, and you know that "shekhar sighed listening to this

Swara rolls her eyes

"Mom just leave it for now please, I mean ok if I will get the man of my dreams I will surely look forward to it ok "

"So you have someone in your mind then"her younger sister said this with a sparkle in her eyes and a smirk falling on her face

By listening this, swara eyes got big and her both parents looked towards her, swara gulp seeing both her parents looking towards her to speak

" I . I um i would shut it uttara , no mom, no dad I don't have anyone in my mind"

Both her parents look towards her suspiciously and swara gulp

"Swara you are not dating without my approval do you get that, if you find someone , I want to meet him "her dad said after sometime

Sharmistha elbowed her husband and shows eyes to shut her husband but her husband nudges her

"Ofcourse dad you don't have to worry about that "swara said after her dad finished his statement

"Thats my girl" and he opened her arms so that he could hug both her girl and wife

This family moment was interrupted when a man enters the room and shekhar and sharmistha , whose eyes were filled with love moments ago was filled with anger now

"Bhaiya u back from Bangalore ,how was the trip, did you get the contract "swara interrupted the silent moment between her parents and brother, and she runs towards her brother and hugs him
Her brother embraced her protectively and kissed her forehead

"Today at 4, it was a nice trip and yes I got the contract "he told her with a smile swara smiled back with proudly looking towards her brother, her protector, her Role model

Swara looks towards her parents but her parents starts to leave the room, and soon they were gone, leaving uttara , her and adarsh she looked towards her brother, whose eyes were filled with tears, she knew  that her brother wanted to cry, but she also knew that he will not because, he was the strongest person she has ever known, she just smiled faintly and hug her brother to reassure that everything will be fine, just have faith, and soon uttara also hugged them only to tell him his brother is not alone they will always be there for him, no matter what anyone say, What are siblings for ??
