"Hey."

"Oh, hey. What are you doing here?" Tanong ni Raine sa pinsan na kakapasok lang sa office niya.

"Actually, paalis na ako. But dumaan na rin ako to tell you na sinundo na nina Tita si Rylie." Clarence answered as he leaned against the wal infront of her.

"Ah. Good, wala din naman kasing magbabantay sakanya sa bahay." She did not bother to look up.

"Will you be okay?" Clarence asked, worried.

"What? Yeah, of course." She looked at him for a moment and smiled.

"Khay, I know that from everything that's happened, Rylie is the only person who kept you from giving up."

"CAV. I'll be fine, ano ka ba? Okay nga na dun muna yung bata kanina Mama niya."

"Are you sure? I can arrange his trip back here if you want."

"Di bola yung bata para pag-pasahan." Raine laughed. "I'll be okay. Stop worrying, alright?"

CAV, knowing his cousin so well, nodded.

"Good. Nga pala, san ka pupunta?"

"We'll be having lunch, remember?"

"Ah. That, okay. Have fun." Tumingin na siya ulit sa laptop niya.

"Sigurado ka bang ayaw mong pumunta? Khay, pwede ka namang sumama eh." Clarence urged.

"Hindi na, marami pa akong tatapos. We still have to meet some clients later tonight." She forced a smile.

"Sabi ni Addie, hinihintay ka lang daw nila."

"I will talk to them after all this."

Clarence knew that was his cue, ayaw niya kasing pilitin ang pinsan sa mga bagay na ayaw niya.

"Okay. Bye, Khay." He wlaked up to her and kissed the side of her head. "Don't stress yourself tooo much."

"I won't."

Paglabas ni Clarence, may pumasok naman na babae.

"Hi!!!"

"Oh my gosh!!" Raine shouted in disbelief.

"Wala man lang yakap? Hoy, tatlong taon din tayong di nag kita nuh?!"

"Oh my gosh. Trish?!" She stood up and hugged her. "I missed you!"

"Namiss din kita. Grabe, ang tanda na natin! Buti na lang di halata!"

Same old Trisha Lim.

Raine smiled. It so good to have someone from her past by her side.

"Oh kumusta? Buti na lang at may performance kaming gagawin dito, nadaanan pa kita." Trisha said excitedly.

"But you're supposed to be in Australia?"

"Oh, that's right. You did not know." Pinaupo siya ni Raine sa isa sa mga upuan na nasa harap ngf table niya. "I'm traveling now. Madaming opportunites, lalo na sa Paris! Sayang nga eh, di kita naabutan doon. NAg perfom ako dun last week."

"Oh? Sayang nga, but I'm pretty sure you did great! Like you always do."

"Haha. I hope so. By the way, let's talk about you! Kumusta? Have you - you know - met him yet?"

Naging seryoso naman ang aura ni Raine. Having people from your past means having to bring back the memories.

"Yeah. I did. When I came back last week. He came to see me."
