Lea's POV

It was almost sundown when everyone, including myself, was stationed outside of the fire nation city at the docks, waiting for the fleet of boats carrying our friends to arrive. I stood next to Zuko, well I sat next to Zuko in a wheelchair after failing to stand up without falling down earlier. Me and Zuko was supposed to welcome them considering we were the only ones here willing to do it, plus Uncle Iroh insisted we do it, it would give us practice for the speech at Zuko's Coronation.

Me, Zuko, and Aang are suppose to make a speech about how we were going to heal the nations from this 100 year war, how we were going to help others in need that lost their homes from the fire nation, rebuilding fallen cities, temples, heck even restoring some of the Air Temples to their original glory. I was currently speaking to the Fire Sages, the ones who would give me tests when I was little every year until Grandfather Azulon put a stop to it

"So what exactly am I supposed to do at my brother's coronation?" I asked one of the Fire Sages who seemed to be the leader and went by the name of Goan

"You see Princess, considering you're the first Phoenix to survive this long for centuries we decided, with you and Prince Zuko's approval of course, that you display some of your power to the people, you inherited Golden Flames am I correct?" I nodded and Goan clapped his hands together

"Very good, we were wondering if you would be able to make a Phoenix with your fire, it doesn't have to be too big and magnificent but impressive enough to show your people." I looked up at Zuko who was having small talk with Uncle

"How about it Zuko, should I?" I asked him catching his attention. He thought for a moment before speaking

"If you feel strong enough to Lea, you can't even stand yet-" I smiled up at Zuko, stopping him from speaking

"I know, I know. But if I'm able to stand by your coronation, then I will do it." I stated causing Zuko to sigh before nodding in confirmation. I really want to do this, not only for myself, but for everyone to see what I can do, to show who I am, to show that fire can heal, to show that fire isn't all about destruction.

"It is settled then, if I'm able to stand by Zuko's coronation, I will do it."

"Very well my princess, do you want to practice tomorrow for a little bit to see how much your chi has grown?"

"Sure, but just to see, I don't want to over do it and not having any chi left." I told him with a giggle. Goan nodded before respectfully bowing and moving out of my line of sight. I saw a boat approach the docks giving me a jittery feeling of anticipation, wanting to see the faces of the people who are happy the war that caused them so much suffering was finally over, the fire nation's control was over, there will no longer be any suffering for families anymore. No more death. Just as the boat docked itself and the steel metal bridge fell, many people running off of the boat in excitement, coming over to us to greet us, well mostly greet Aang, but also greet me, Zuko, and Uncle. A familiar earthbender walked up to me with a cheeky smile

"Hey Phoenix, how ya been with sleeping lately?" He asked me and I arched a eyebrow at him tauntingly

"Haven't seen me in 6 days after we finished the war and this is what you first say to me?" I asked him before chuckling, shaking my head at him. He lowered himself down to my height before hugging me tightly. I ignored the pain in my side and hugged him back, burying my face into his shoulder, dirt and dust filling my nose. I coughed
