||Chapter 19 - Galactics||

Lea's POV

I stopped when I saw the place was ransacked, as if someone was searching for something. I carefully walked into the room, peering around the area if there was still someone here. I heard something being knocked over having me hide behind my old makeshift bed, my heart pounding. I rested my hand on my dagger on my left hip, just in case this was a civilian who found this place and was using it as a hideout until the battle was over

"Who's there?!" I heard a muffled voice call out. I gritted my teeth, he must have heard me when I knocked into my bed earlier!

"Come on out, and I promise I won't hurt you." Oh wait.

"Flakes."

"Fire." I stood up, crossing my arms as my eyes landed on Shinya who was back to wearing his mask, bow on his back

"Seriously? You decided to trash our house?" I asked him, he lifted up his mask, his eyes widening

"Lea?! B-But... I thought you- we-"

"Didn't work out, besides, I couldn't leave my partner in crime all alone." I told him with a smile and he smiled back at me before walking over to me

"Well, Tu Lin, shall we join the others?" He asked me, picking up my mask that was on my bed and handing it to me

"Sure, Shinya. Just don't lag behind." I told him before hugging him tightly. He accepted the hug and hugged me back, almost too tight

"Uhh, Shinya. You're crushing my spine!" I hurriedly stated having him chuckle, loosening his grip

"Sorry, earth bender strength." He stated defensively and I rolled my eyes at him

"Where are the others?" I asked him

"Katara and your brother went to the Royal Palace to face Azula, Toph, Suki, and Sokka went to get rid of the fire nation airships and... I think Aang is fighting the Firelord?" He said the last sentence in a sort of question having me scrunch my eyebrows together confusingly

"Why do you sound like you're asking a question?" He awkwardly laughed, scratching the back of his neck

"Aang disappeared two days ago?"

"WHAT?! WHAT DO YOU MEAN AANG IS GONE OH MY AGNI YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME-" He put his hand over my mouth, shooshing me

"Quiet! I know the situation is bad right now but your uncle stated-" My eyes widened prying his hand off of my mouth

"Uncle Iroh is here, where?!" I asked him, my full attention now on finding my uncle

"He is the one leading the invasion of Ba Sing Se with the secret organization of The White Lotus which consists of King Bumi, Master Pakku, Master Jeong Jeong, and Master Piadou- do I have to list off all of the old dudes because I really don't want to." I lightly laughed

"No you don't have to. Please take me to my uncle, Shinya." He smiled at me before putting his mask back on

"Will do your highness." He playfully bowed at me before I put on my mask. We nodded at each other, Kai landing on my shoulder before before we headed up towards the surface. The Galactics are combat ready.

(Time Skip)

We have been running around Ba Sing Se for a good five minutes now in search of any of The White Lotus members so we could properly join the fight. We both skidded to a stop when a group of four fire nation soldiers stood in front of us

"I will take the guys on the left you take the guys on the right." Shinya whispered to me and I nodded subtly. We both charged at our enemies before initiating into full combat. I ducked and swung around when my first opponent sent a fire ball at me. I sent fire out of my foot towards him only for him to side step it and send more fire towards me. I jumped upwards, jumping off of his buddies head before slamming my foot down on the ground, flames erupting from it and sending them towards him. He sidestepped it again only for me send a stream of fire towards him. He was sent backwards into rubble, I hurriedly stood up just in time to dodge a fire ball from my other opponent, the one that I jumped on. I swung my leg around, tripping him before letting Kai peck his face. I looked over at the other one to see he was covered in rubble from the impact and wasn't able to get it off of him. I glance over at Shinya to see him shooting arrows at his opponents, occasionally rising the ground throwing the rocks at them. I heard Kai squawk having my attention turn towards her to see the fire nation soldier threw her to the ground, damaging her wing. I growled lowly before running towards him and kick him in the stomach having him double over in pain before I kneed him the face, grabbing hold onto his head before throwing him towards his buddy. I heard them hiss in pain when they collided with one another.

I turned around towards where Shinya was just in time to see him pinning them with his arrows against a boulder, them unable to get free considering they were reinforced arrows. I walked over to him and high fived him

"Nice work."

"Save the compliments for later, let's go find the old men." He told me and I nodded before we dashed off, looking for the White Lotus.

Heyo! So Shinya is back in the story and he is helping Lea in finding her Uncle Iroh! The next chapter that is in the present time will be Iroh's and Lea's Reunion considering she hasn't seen him in years! So get excited for that, next chapter will be another flashback chapter of Lea and Shinya being at the Orphanage. I also want to thank you guys for supporting this book it's much appreciated and guys please if you can send your drawings of either Lea or Shinya or even the other characters to me because I still don't have any entries to the contest and if I don't get any entries, I won't be able to post another chapter because I don't like my chapters in my stories having no picture for some odd reason, don't know why but it just really bothers me.
