"Liz! Just hang on!" I heard from outside my door early in the morning. No it didn't wake me up. I was sitting in the corner of my room on my beanbag listening to quiet music trying to process everything.

Liz had whimpered at Phil's snapping making him sigh and presumably hug her since everything went quiet. The chair was still against door so I was locked in here. Yeah sure I'd have to pee or eat sooner or later but I can go ages without eating and I haven't drank anything.

They began mumbling back and forth but I didn't understand anything. Who would with that whiney voice of hers? Besides what was she doing in my house!

Quickly and without thinking, I stood up then basically chucked the chair out of my way opening the door making that suction thing rooms do more violent than it should have been just to see her.

I narrowed my eyes taking her in. She had long blonde hair probably extensions, and a crap ton of foundation with winged eyeliner so basically most girls today. She wore a simple white blouse that would look good on anyone with the right body and tight jeans.

Her eyes though. I hated them and since I hated her eyes, I hated her. There was just something about eyes.. they held everything, secrets, emotions and fears.

"I need the toilet" I walked passed them completely ignoring them both. I don't need a wee I just needed an excuse what better than to hide myself in a small room where I could take my time and not be judged for it.

But maybe sitting on the sink for twenty minutes was a bit long especially for Phil who knocked on the door every two minutes.

"Just go away Philly" I sang and kicked my feet a bit. It went quiet so I was happily alone again.. maybe I could sneak to the kitchen...

I opened the door a tad to see an empty hallway, perfect. Sliding down the hall almost like a lizard, I got into the kitchen trying to find the crisps anywhere they might be, but couldn't.

"Dammit!" I whisper screamed. Suddenly I was yanked back to the other side of the room into the counter.

"Looking for these" Phil pressed his body against mine shoving the desired food in my face but the bagged scratched me so roughly, I shoved it to the ground, "You really shouldn't eat potato crisps for breakfast Daniel."

"At least I'm not eating out my girlfr-"

"Oh shut up we haven't done that." He cut me off. I laughed so hard I almost cried.

"So.. *wheeze* you're getting married with a chick you haven't seen fully? Oh that is good!" I pushed him off me and leaned into the corner. "One hell of a joke" I snarl.

"It's not a joke Dan! Look at the ring! Liz!" He called out to her. Oh here comes bridezilla. She popped her head in and smiled falsely at me.

"What do you need babe?" She walked softly towards Phil, taking his arm to her cheek.

"Show him" he orders grabbing her hand. She had a huge diamond on her finger I'm surprised it didn't weigh her down.

Instantly my sort of happy mood was gone. I knew how this marriage was going to end up. She wanted money from him.

Without speaking, I looked into Phil's eyes trying to tell him all of this with some kind of best friend power but it seemed we had none. He rolled his eyes and left the kitchen with Liz right behind him.

I grabbed the crisps angrily and went back to my room, slamming my door as hard as I could.

"Dan?" Phil called through the wood. I didn't answer I just waited. "In half an hour, we're going shopping. You're coming with so get ready!" He happily shouted.
