Ineedit ko ang author's note na ito, 7 years matapos ko siya matapos. Salamat sa mga nagtyaga sa pagbabasa ng nakakabatang kwento na ito haha. I've written this when I was 20 years old. Fresh grad, walang magawa sa buhay, bago pa lang sa trabaho.
Kakalabas ko pa lang ng Unibersidad ng Luntian at Pula. Gustong magpahinga sa mga kaseryosohan ng buhay. I know traditional literature pero namangha pa rin ako na may ganito dati. Pwede kang magsulat ng kahit ano, at your own pace. Walang huhusga sa'yo. Pero iba na ngayon, 7 years later. Sobrang gulo na dito. Perpekto na ang mga tao haha.
This is my first baby. Panganay ko 'to eh. I am so emotional now, in hindsight kasi kahit hindi man 'to perpekto. Marami man lumalait dahil kinukumpara sa mga gawa ng propesyonal at hindi naiintindihan na dati, trip trip lang naman ang lahat. Before, there were no publishing deals. No movie deals. Wala. We were just writing for fun. Readers and writers were there for each other. Supporting each other. There were no cults bringing up different characters into different stories. There were no comparisons kasi nagkakaintindihan kami na katuwaan ito. We were writing for ourselves and not for others. Wala pa sigurong 100,000 ang Pinoy sa wattpad.
Kaya hindi ko maedit-edit itong materyal nito, kahit alam kong madaming plot holes, at inconsistencies, kasi hindi matatawaran 'yung saya ko nung ginagawa ko. Ayokong mabago at mawala 'yun. It was unadulterated bliss.
Yes po. Alam kong hindi naman sila pwedeng ikasal kahit na anong mangyari. I know family code and civil code haha at kahit anong tawid 'tong storyang 'to, hindi talaga pwede. And if I find logic now, mawawala lahat. Kaya nope. Hindi ko na ie-edit. Unti-unti ko sigurong tatanggalin ang mga notes ng twenty year old self ko, at kung wala ka ng mabasa, you're very lucky (or not) to have witnessed my young and carefree me. Lol.
Sa mga nagsasabi na hindi dapat ito napublish dahil madaming typo and loopholes, pwede niyo po i-judge sana ang mismong libro na alam ko namang nacopyedit na. And translated in English. Kung hindi niyo po alam, the first releases of Pop Fiction are all in English. 2013 po 'yun. October 2013 pa siya napublish. At alam kong pulido siya.
Kaya salamat kasi kahit madami nang naglipanang secret marriage and celebrity stories these days, pero binabasa niyo pa rin ito.
