My Boss - Episode 16

author's pov

"min yoongi-ssi?", a familiar voice
was to be heard when yoongi was about
to open the door.

he turned around and saw a woman
that he totally thought who it could be.
it was a big relief on the other side, they
almost got caught but didn't heard
anything and just continued their
journey.

"oh yoo seoyeon-ssi, what brings you
here?", yoongi let go of the door and
it automatically closed.

"i'm looking for Mr. Park.", she
answered.

"i heard they're inside.", yoongi
explained but seoyeon got confused.

"they're?", her voice raised a bit which
startled him, which include the two
person on the other side.

they got off of each other and fixed
themselves as they looked at
transparent mirror that shows two
shadows that is on it's way to the door
while the other one followed.

jimin sat back on his chair as you were
standing infront of him with some
paper on your hands, looked like the
both of you were busy talking.

the door flung open and the two of you
turned your heads to the door as the
two entered the office.

both of them looked dumbfounded as
you and jimin were just looking
clueless.

"yo seoyeon-ssi?"
"oppa?"
you and jimin said in unison.

then their attention turned into you,
not knowing what you just said. you
bitterly smiled at them and corrected
yourself.

"i mean, min yoongi. what are you
doing here?", i shrugged the
awkwardness.

"jimin-ssi, can we talk for a bit?",
seoyeon asked, with an arrogant face.

i looked at jimin as he looked at me,
i nodded and walked out the office,
dragging yoongi with me.

jimin's pov

"eomeoni asked for dinner with you
and abeoji.", seoyeon spoke.

yoo seoyeon is my soon-to-be-wife, but
it's a fixed marriage. she is nice and all
she's not mean at all either, she is just
a normal woman that has manners.

that's why my mother and father fixed
a marriage for us, also just because of
when the business wasn't doing well.
me and my parents didn't expect for
her that she'd be this nice, so now they
want a real marriage. but i don't want
to, now i want to marry my second and
last love.

so i decided to act cold towards
seoyeon so that she's the one who'd
break up with me, cause that's the only
way.

"so?", i asked without paying attention.

"you're coming, right?", she walked
towards me. and touches my lips then
kisses me but i didn't felt nothing.

"yeah, yeah. sure.", i dryly answered.
a smile formed on her lips.

'i got the perfect plan.', i thought.

your pov

"eonni, it's break time. let's go and
eat.", jiwon asked excitedly. i was
about give an answer but my phone
suddenly rang.

"you go first jiwon, i'll catch up.", i
pouted as she shouted and left.

i picked up the phone.

"yes, mr. park?", i politely answered.

"do you really need to be that formal?",
he said in a deep voice.

"n-neh?", it somehow shocked me how
he responded, well after what
happened in his office.

"come to my office.", he commanded.

"aniyo!", i spoke informally.

"you come here or i'll get you myself,
your choice, honey?", the last word
he said gave me shivers and hanged up.

i had no choice but to go to his office.
i walked to his office but someone
saved me.

"y/n!", thank you grandpa.

author's pov

jimin saw your shadow on the other
side and smirked. but soon fade away
when you shadow left.

you were feeling unsure because of
what happened yesterday. you cried
in yoongi's arm, you rang in front of
him. you were ashamed in front of him.
what would he think when he comes
to know what you and jimin had been
doing?

for jimin, he didn't care. he realizes
that he wants you, likes you and loves
you. although he got punched, he won't
give up continue to win your heart.

flashback

yoongi went downstairs to get
some water but when he was about
to go upstairs, he saw jimin standing
of your house. he obviously heard it
all.

obviously, yoongi forgot to close the
door, how dumb? 😂

yoongi punched jimin but jimin
didn't do anything back.

"are you happy now?", yoongi
shouted/whispered.

jimin was just standing and looking
down to the floor. yoongi wanted to
punch him more but he held himself,
and walked upstairs before you got
some suspicious thoughts.

end flasback

yoongi's pov

y/n ran towards me with smile and i
was forced to flash a smile too.

she looks so innocent, but i totally
know what had happened in that office.
i clearly am not deaf and not dumb,
either.

but i shrugged it off and wait until
she tells me the truth, i'm not gonna
push her. but i will when i think it's
enough because she just cried and
rant in front of me yesterday, about
that asshole. and she still goes back
to him although she's in pain. she
still managed to smile and make the
same mistake again. she's such a fool.

"let's go and eat?", she cheerfully said
and acted like nothing happened.

"kaja.", i said with a plain voice, yet
not suspicious.

! another boring episode !

sorry for that, my mind is out of
the story, i am feeling well with
writing, my excuses.

i hope my head will function and make
a good episode for the next episode.
