Chapter 5: The Dance Part 2

(Stevens pov)

          Me and Alyssa walked back into the school and we made it back to where the dance was being held and we looked around for connie. After a few minutes we found Connie and walked up to her "Connie, Alyssa has something to say" I said gesturing to Alyssa to apologize and Alyssa looked at Connie and said "I'm really sorry for everything I've said and done Connie and I know I dont deserve to be forgiven but-" connie cut her off "It's ok Alyssa now let's just enjoy this dance" she said with a smile then Alyssa went back over to her friends and started talking to her "now Connie let's dance" I said as I took her hand and started to dance with her. After a few seconds i twirled her and pulled her towards me and all of a sudden there was a glow...

(Stevonnie's pov)

I looked down at everyone I was... me again "ugh man this is always so weird at first" I said getting used to being fused again and then I realized that everyone was looking at me. Everyone was seeing stevonnie Alyssa walked over and asked "are you Steven and Connie?" Then I replied "I am not 2 people and I am not 1 person I am an experience. Of course really im a fusion of Steven and Connie my name is stevonnie and this feels great I haven't been myself lately"  a few people laughed at that joke then we came apart

(Connie's pov)

Me and Steven were laughing after we unfused. "Well that was fun" I said. After that we answered everybody's questions about fusions. Then we enjoyed the dance and everybody was so nice to me and Steven and Alyssa. After awhile we were sitting down because our legs were getting tired and we were tired of having to stop ourselves from fusing.

(Stevens pov)

Me and Connie were sitting together and she was resting her head on my shoulder. Now seemed like the perfect time... "um Connie" I said and she looked up at me and asked "what is it Steven" and I took a deep breath and got ready to confess "listen Connie I love you, really I have for a long time and I was wondering... do you want to be my actual girlfriend?"

(Connie's pov)

I was looking at him in the eyes (with the star eye thing that they do) in absolute shock of his question. I was silent for a few seconds before I kissed him and said "I would love to be your girlfriend steven" and then we sat together with arm around my shoulder and me leaning my head on his shoulder for the rest of the dance until 10:28 when we walked out of the school and waited till 10:30 when Garnet arived right on time and said "so how is the new couple doing" and then I realized that she knew that this was going to happen and that's why she offered to take us because she wanted to be the first to greet us as a new couple... to be continued

A/N hello guys sorry for taking so long it's just at first i thought this book wasn't doing too well and when i saw that it was doing better than i thought it was alnost time for school and that took up so much of my time but i promise i will continue this story and as for the fact of the new episodes i am going to say that the events of this story take place after all the new episodes
