I don't worry about her words.

I wanted to rest at this point.

I wanted to sleep.

Nothing was stopping me, yet I wouldn't sleep.

He could catch wind that I was alive and come back for me. And I wanna be awake if he does.

So, I lay awake twiddling my thumbs.

I saw a remote next to me and I picked it up. It wasn't a normal remote, more like a bulky white box with buttons.

Some buttons were for emergencies and could call the nurses. Some were for food or water and stuff.

I decided to use it for the tv. I turn it on and watch the lion king.

One of the best movies in human existence.

And of course, the cops come when Mufasa was dying. Tears covered my face and my eyes were all red and puffy.

Whoops.

The officer sat down next to my bed and started asking da questions.

And yes, the first one he asked was why I was crying.

I had to explain it was because of the movie.

What other embarrassing things will I have to share is gonna be so fun to find out...
