Stop Sitting Down!! Another Useful Fact

Do not sit down if you do not need to, it does a lot more than you think. Sitting down has more risks than you think, and working out is simply not an option because the risks of sitting down are so outweighed. It makes you fat, increase heart related diseases, severe back and neck problems, increase risk of diabetes, making your bones much weaker, especially you legs because you resting them... alot. Also, it greatly reduces your life expectancy, because a study was conducted that people who sat down for more than 7 hours a day, you have 61% greater risk of dying than most people who only sit for about 2 hours everyday. So, basically school is killing us slowly.

You obviously don't want these right? So, only sit down if necessary like to eat etc. But I'm not the one controlling your life.
