Chapter 27

Jiho had became a public service worker meaning he worked at the police station for his military service. He'd been home with us for about a month and we all loved being together again. 

"I think we should go on a date tonight when I get home." Jiho said as he drank his coffee.

"Really? Okay, I have to go to YG for a few hours and I should be back before your off."I replied and the kids all chuckled.

"Mom when are you leaving again?" Yuna asked.

"Um...I'm not sure sweetie, I don't really know if I want to tour anymore until Insu is in school atleast."

"What will you do then?" Hiro asked.

"Well I wasn't going to say anything but I think I'm going to get into acting. That's why I have to go to YG." I looked at Jiho who was now starring at me. 

"I think its a good idea. You'll be able to be home with the kids while I make my comeback." He smiled.

"What? when?" I asked. 

"I'm going back in the studio a few weeks after my service ends. I didn't think it'd be a big deal babe." He took another sip of his coffee.

"Were gonna go to school, love you guys." Sangu said and they all got up leaving the house.

"I knew you'd go back, I just didn't think it'd be for a while." I got up clearing the table.

"making music is my passion, It was yours as well. I don't know why you want to act all of a sudden when you've never brought it up before but I support you." He put his cup in the sink. 

"I wanna try acting so I'm around the kids and I thought you Jihoshi." I got mad and went to shower before I had to leave.

I made my way into the YG building, I seen Seunghyun and ran up to him.

"How are you oppa?!" I smiled.

"Iz, I've been trying to find you. I'm getting married in a few months and would love for you to come with the kids and Jiho of course."  he handed me an envelope.

"Of course we'll come, I have to run to talk about a new project I'll text you later on to get more details." I ran to the elevator.

The doors shut and I turned around after I realized that I wasn't alone in the elevator. I seen CL and she smiled at me, I haven't seen her in months and I couldn't help but scream and hug her.

"How have you been Izzy?" she asked.

"I'm great, I'm thinking of getting in to acting to be home with the kids. How are you?" I asked her.

"We'll we've hired a nanny and decided that I would start recording again now that the baby is two. So how did you decide to get into acting?" 

"I've wanted to do it for a few months but I tried to wait until Jiho knew what was going on with his military service." 

The elevator made it to the recording studio floor and she hugged me and walked down the hall. It started again and eventually I made it to the executive floor, I walked to yang hyun suk's office. He'd been waiting for me clearly because he was watching performance videos from the tour before he looked up and seen me.

"There's our golden child." He chuckled. "So I think I found a great first drama for you to be in."

"Oh yeah what's it about? Has anyone been cast in it yet?" I waited patiently.

"Everyone but the lead actress. Min YoonGi from that hip hop band is going to be the lead male. It's about a guy who inherits his fathers company and thinks he's better than everyone, you know arrogant. The girl was someone from when he was younger, he bumps into her while checking out a site for his new business building and tries to find her to marry her." 

"wow....it's just all over the place isn't it?! So do I have to audition or just meet them..."

"You already got the part, you just need to call and confirm if you want to take it." He smiled.

"Do you really think I can do this?" I asked.

"You have many capabilities, I think you'll be amazing. Now, I have another meeting so just text me and let me know if your actually taking the part." He ushered me out of the office and handed me the script. 

I took it and went down to the practice rooms, I found an empty room and sat inside to read the script. I was really into the characters and being able to play a strong female lead as my first role had me excited. I must of zoned out because I didn't know Winner had come in until Mino was kneeling infront of me. 

"Noona, are you alright? We have to practice if you can move out of the way." He smirked and I shook my head.

"Your a pain in the ass Mino." I chuckled and pushed by him.

"Tell Jiho that I wanna see him soon." He yelled as I walked out.

I got home and was still reading the script when the kids got home, they had been walking to and from school for two weeks and they seemed to enjoy it probably because the kids would leave them alone about us. Jiho came home as I finished making dinner and he didn't say anything to me but greeted the kids at first.

"What happened to us having a date tonight?" He asked.

"We are speaking? If you want to change and we can go." I said putting the food down for the kids.

"jiseok is already almost here so you may want to hurry." He said walking to the bedroom.

I followed and shut the door, " I'm sorry for earlier. I just expected us to be a normal family for a year before you went back into making music." 

"It's fine, I know where your coming from but I need to make money for us and I promise I won't tour for atleast a year. I just need to put new music out to stay relevant." He smiled and kissed my forehead.

"So where are we going?" I asked.

"Were taking a weekend trip, we'll be back Sunday." He smirked.

"How long have you had this planned?" I asked knowing he wasn't always good at surprises.

"A few days, I knew that you should be able to get away. Oh how did your meeting go?" 

"Really well, I have to decide if I'm going to take this part, YoonGi is going to play the male lead. I wanted to see what you thought of it." I went to find nice clothes for our trip and a small bag to pack them in.

"YoonGi....Suga, from bts right? I don't care about him, I'll visit you on set so he knows to leave you alone." He said brushing his teeth. 

"Babe we spent a year together on tour, I'm sure he's well aware of who you are. But I want you to visit me." I smiled.

"Alright Jiseok said he's parking and he'll be here. Let's tell the kids goodbye and be on our way."
