Chapter 8

Jiho's POV

"Hey babe, change in plans. Leave the kids home so we can finish our date from the other night before we go see B please." I said while packing my macbook into my backpack.

"Alright, I'll tell them they can see him when he gets home." Izzy answered before hanging up.

I left my office after I finished burning the tracks for Evolve's album to a disk for them to listen to. As long as they were satisfied with them we'd be able to pick a name for the album and get production started for a debut in a month. Luckily I ran into Kim Hyun, Jae Bum,Lee Hyeon and Jae Seung, they all bowed as I got into the elevator and we stood silently. I smiled and held the CD up for them to see, they all looked at each other before Jae Seung  took it out of my hand.

"Let me know what you guys think in the morning. I've spent two weeks working on these for you. I'm taking the night off to be with my wife and bandmate." the elevator stopped and P.O. got on and I couldn't help but laugh.

"Are you going to see MinHyuk?" He asked me.

"Yeah, after I take Izzy out to actually have our anniversary date that we didn't have the night of the fire." I answered.

"Speaking of the fire, what's going on with your house?"

"We haven't figured out if were gonna rebuild it or just look for a new one yet. We need to by next week for our insurance claim though." I smiled as the elevator stopped on the ground floor. "I'll see you later P.O. and you guys tomorrow morning."

"Thank you sir." They all said and I heard P.O. laugh.

I arrived at the restaurant a few minutes early and ordered a beer while I waited. I seen Izzy come in and she looked amazing as always, I stood up to get her seat for her and she blushed pushing me away.

"How was your day?" I asked as I noticed she had a chain hanging around her neck.

"alright, I spent most of the day at the hospital with everyone. Your daughter is upset that she wasn't allowed to come with us to see B, you get to deal with her when we get home." She laughed.

"Iz, What is that on your neck?" I asked.

She smiled, "The ring you proposed to me with."

I looked at her hand and seen the ring that I proposed to her with on her finger and then looked at her confused. She just laughed at me and ordered herself a beer.

"The first night we truly hung out, When I got upset by Branden and we started drinking. We ended up at your apartment and I slept in the bed with you, P.O. and Kyung told us about you proposing while we were drunk." she laughed again.

"Why do you still have that?" I asked shaking my head.

"It holds our first memory and I love it just as much as I did when you told me why I had your ring." She drank her beer.

"So the other night I had the entire night planned out and I had intentions of giving you this." I pulled out the  box and put it on the table.

"What is this?" she asked opening the box, tears started to form in her eyes and she seemed really touched. "It's beautiful oppa."

She pulled out a diamond bracelet and smiled at me, I helped her put it on and then our food had arrived.

"I have something for you. It's being delivered tomorrow so you'll have to wait." she leaned forward and kissed me.

"That's not fair" I couldn't stop smiling at her.

We continued eating and talking for about and hour then we decided it was time to go see B. We left the restaurant and rode in Izzy's car to the hospital.

"Well look who it is?" MinHyuk said as we walked in the door. "I didn't know if Izzy was ever going to be able to pull you away from work."

I laughed with him, "I'm just glad your okay you crazy bastard."

"Where's the kids?" He asked looking around.

"Oh, we finished our date from the other night so we left them home. I also figured that maybe they should wait until you get home from the hospital to see you."

"We'll I'll be leaving in a day or two, everything is fine except for my elbow but that's why I have a sling. So make sure to bring them over." He laughed.

"So we should talk about doing a comeback when your fully healed. it's been almost three years and I'm sure the fans would love to see us together again."

"Definitely, as long as the other guys are in so am I."

We hung out with MinHyuk for a few hours before a nurse told us it was time to leave. We both hugged him and left, it was only ten at night and it's been a while since I had Izzy out alone so I was gonna make the most of it.

"Let me drive" I said taking Izzy's keys out of her hand.

"Why, where are we going." She asked.

"Were going to spend the night out, ya know....like we did before the kids." I smiled at her.

"We were on tour Jiho, what about your parents do you think they'll be okay with watching the kids???"

"Izzy, calm down. I've already messaged my mom and she's fine. Lets just go enjoy ourselves while were still young." I started the car and we were heading to a club.
