Maddison POV     

As I walk into school I see people laughing at me but just ignore it, I should be used to it by now I mean it's been just over 4 years! I walk through the tall, black school gates and make my way through the hallways covered in cheesy posters that nobody reads and go straight to my locker that is so small I can only just fit my bag in it so if I bring a coat I have to choose between having my coat destroyed or my bag!

I put my bag in and take out my homework from last week and was about to close my bright blue locker when *bang*, it's swung back and hits me square in the back of my head causing me to fall backwards and hit the back of my head with quiet a lot of force. I don't make a sound because I know that if I do they'll just make my life worse than it already is both here and at home (mainly here though).

Yeah I already know who's stood their before I even open my eyes not that I really want to because of the pain from both my head and my arse. As I open my eyes I expect to see the sidemen stood their but instead I see a load of blurry bits of colour moving about. The back of my head is killing me and feels wet, I bring my hand to the back of my head and see a dark red liquid BLOOD.

Jesus my head hurts now!

"Ah is the nerd gunna cry?!" I hear a deep voice laugh before I hear laughter coming from all directions. I try and stand up and steady myself on the lockers but I immediately fall back down. My hand makes a squeaking sound due to the blood on it and it makes the same noice that trainers do on basketball courts, this makes some of the laughing die down as people  start to notice that I'm actually hurt but the majority of the laughter continues.

"Uh guys!" I hear over all of the laughing, I still can't see and I'm starting to see black spots in front of me! I'm actually going to pass out in front of everyone. Yay another thing I'm never gunna live down!

Everything goes dead quiet as I try again to stand up and succeed this time, okay Maddy one step at a time. Left. Right. Left. Right. Okay it's the door on the end of this hallway for the medical room and then I'll happily pass out.

On the way down the hallway from my locker and past the crowd and to the medical room nobody does or says anything to me as I pass them with one hand on my head and the other firmly on the wall.

Your probably wondering where all the teachers are and why they're not doing anything well you see theirs a simple explanation for that. This type of shit isn't in their pay grades!

As soon as I make it through the door of the medical room Kerry comes and catches me before I fall on the floor. I'm here so often that I'm on a name to name basis with the medical teacher, she knows about me getting bullied and Simon and everything else really but we'll get to that bit later.

Kerry's helped me since my first few days here when I ended up getting a nose bleed because the sidemen kicked a football at me and basically broke my nose, she's one of the nicest and kindest people ever but I'm warning you don't piss her off! She helps me out of school if I get injured as well but I'll explain why later.

"Oh what happened? Your bleeding! Right lets get you on the bed so I can clean your head!" She says and lays me on my stomach on the bed and goes to lock the door behind me.

She moves my hair about making me flinch and she pulls my hair out of its loose plat that it had been in before all that happened out their.

"Well you've well and truly dented your head here girl!" Is all Kerry says before going across the room to get the stuff she needs to patch me up.
