The Move

Ian Lincoln's POV

I was currently in my room putting my books in my boxes, I had already packed most of my stuff away in boxes and suitcases in my room. I had at least 400 books, all different sizes and genres.

I put the last 40 books in one box then I taped it and got my black marker and wrote 'Ian's Books' then I put them where the other boxes were.

I had already packed my books, my fragile things (cameras, pictures, glass objects, figurines), my shoes, my toiletries, and my electronics (except my IPhone, Laptop, and Headphones).

I just needed to pack my clothes and then I'm done. I got all my clothes and since we are leaving in 3 hours I tried on every single clothing piece and made sure I can fit them. If I couldn't I put them in the donate bag or destroy bag.

I got 4 big suitcases and in one bag I put in my shirts and jackets, in another I put in my pants, in another I put in my boxers and briefs and socks, and in the last one I put in my shorts. I have a lot of clothes.

After I packed everything I checked the time and saw we leave in a hour and a half. I forgot to pick out an outfit so I went back to my suitcases and picked out black briefs, maroon skinny jeans, black Bob Marley t-shirt, black cardigan, socks, white converses, Apple scented shampoo and conditioner, Apple scented body wash, razor, scented shaving cream, 2 towels, a washcloth, brush, comb, beanie, toothbrush, and toothpaste.

I put the outfit on my bed and went in my bathroom and stripped out of my clothes and took my hearing aids out and turned the shower on. While I was waiting I brushed my hair looking into the mirror.

My name is Ian Lincoln I'm 17 and I'm deaf. I live in New York but soon I'm going to California. I have 5 siblings and 2 of which are younger than me and we live with our dad.

I am 5'9 and I have long dark chocolatey hair that goes slightly passed my collar bones I have blue grey eyes a 6 pack and muscles but not the Buffy kind.

I love reading, photography, cooking, instruments, and music. I only have a few friends and they are my 5 brothers and a maid who is also my tutor (Debby) and her husband.

I'm also gay.

I went into the shower and shaved and washed and washed my hair. I got out and dried my body off of the water then put the towel around my waist then put a towel on my hair.

I put on my briefs, and pants then I towel dried my hair then combed it and brushed it and blow dried it. I put deodorant on then my shirt and I put my towels in the destroy bag since we are leaving in a hour.

I put my socks and shoes on and my cardigan then my hearing aids and my beanie. I went downstairs and saw my brothers in the kitchen eating. I smiled at them and they smiled back.

Oliver is the oldest out of us he's 20 and in his 3rd year of college studying to become a Doctor. He is 6'2 and has a lean body and has dirty blonde hair that is in a faux hawk and blue eyes. He hasn't dated anyone since he was 16 and I think he's gay but just doesn't know it yet. Oliver wanted to be a doctor his whole life. He's over protective and he's very caring and loving.

Josh is 19 years old he's in his 2nd year of college studying to become a lawyer. He's 6'2 and has short brown hair and gray eyes. He's the guy who stands out in a crowd but also blends in so as not to get a lot of attention. He's bulky like Captain America. He's protective and he's also gay but in the closet since our father is homophobic.

Ryan is 18 he's in his first year of college studying to become a Nurse. Ryan is very outgoing and likes to meet new people. He is 6'1 and has long blonde hair that is as long as mine and he has gray eyes. He looks like the type of guy who would be a swimmer with his lean body and muscles. He has OCD and likes everything clean and in order and organized he sometimes has a panic attack but he takes pills to control it and when he's very angry or sad or has to many mixed emotions he begins cleaning. He's also bisexual but is mostly into guys.
