Chapter 10

Ariadna's P.O.V

"He isn't going to take my princess away, he left her with me! I took care of her! He didn't help at ALL!" I yelled in rage.

I had called my lawyer, Edward, and we're discussing the situation.

"I honestly believe he has absolutely no chance at winning this case" he stated.

"You know wassup" I smirked.

I stood up from the couch and put the documents down on the table and went to answer the door.

"Where's honey and why's this bitch tryna take her away" Julia stormed into my house.

"I don't know!!" I groaned.

"Do you think it's because of...." She trailed off.

"Don't you dare speak of it!" I warned.

"It just makes sense, you know. It would be the only reason" she explained.

She's right, he would have every reason to take her away.

"Look momma look!" Aurora excitedly pointed at a seagull.

"It's a bird" I gasped.

"Hey Ari" Kim hugged me.

"Hey Kim" I smiled.

North and Aurora ran to play over with Kanye and James in the sand.

Me and Kim started to walk down the shore.

"Have you thought about it?" Kim asked.

"Yes but, I don't know. Theres so much I love here and it would be such a drastic change for Aurora and I" I explained.

"But it would be a fresh new-" Kim was cut off by a scream.

I immediately turned around and started sprinting.

"Aurora!" I screamed.

"Mommy!" She yelled.

"Let her go" I yelled as I jumped on the man.

I grabbed his neck and pushed him down.

"Ari!" James shouted as he grabbed me and set me down.

He started punching the man and he let go of Aurora.

"Honey!" I yelled as I reached for her arm.

I grabbed her and ran to get my keys.

"Keys!" I yelled.

Kanye threw the keys at me and I caught them. I ran to my car and buckled Aurora in. I jumped in and turned the engine on. I sped off and started going as fast as I could.

"Mommy what's going on?" Aurora asked in fear.

"I don't know sweetie but it's all going to be okay, mommy's here" I reassured her.

I turned left and right but I still couldn't lose them.

"MOMMY" Aurora yelled as a black escalade collided with my red Porsche.

The car tumbled. Everything was spinning.

"Help help, somebody please help!" I heard someone scream.

I felt someone pull me as I was getting weaker.

"Ariadna can you hear me?" James asked.

"Save Aurora" I pleaded "please"

And with that, it all went black.

*hospital*

"Where am I?" I asked as I opened my eyes.

"You're in the hospital babe" Kim rushed to my side.

"Where's Aurora? Is she okay?" I asked as soon as I saw she wasn't in the room.

Kim looked at Kanye then at James.

James looked down and placed a hand on his forehead.

"What's going on?" I asked in concern.

"Honey, Aurora is-" Kim was cut off by James.

"She's in coma" James burst.

"What? No, no my baby can't be in a coma" I shouted.

Kim got up and hugged Kanye as she buried her head in his chest.

"Shhhh" James hugged me.

"NO, NO NO NO NO" I screamed as tears ran down my cheeks like rivers.

"Hey, hey, it wasn't your fault, no one knows why it happened" Julia smiled as she held my shoulders.

"But if I had been more careful, Sergio wouldn't of been able to file a case against me" I retorted.

"Okay and? He has absolutely no right to take princess from you. You took care of her while he was 'making a brighter future' for you both. Finding a new wife and getting her pregnant is part of that bright future? Huh?" She snapped.

I didn't know what to say. I looked down and but my lip.

"That's what I fucking thought. He's a coward. Using an unexplainable event against you. It's absolutely ridiculous. Where was he when you both almost ended up living on the streets? Where was he on auroras birthday parties? Where was he?" Julia stated.

At this point I was furious. She's completely right. That man has absolutely no right to take my child away.

"He's not going to take her away. I took care of her. He was nowhere to be found in our darkest times, what makes him think he can keep her once everything is alright?" I bitterly chuckled.

"That's the spirit babe!" Julia exclaimed.

"Files ready?" I pointed at Edward.

"Ready" he winked.

"Perfect" I smirked.

That some of a bitch ain't going to get shit from me.
