"I think that's all of my things." Sergio said, looking around the room. It didn't look empty since it had all of Pilar's things in it, but it felt empty to him.

"Feels weird huh? Like closing a chapter." Aleana said, bringing in one beer for Sergio to accompany the one she had in her hand. Sergio nodded. "The truck's already downstairs, where are they taking your things?"

"I guess I'll have to move back to my mom's place. I'm going to be like a little kid again." Sergio said, still looking around.

"You know, I was thinking, I have a spare room in my apartment. I mean, if you don't want to stay at Paqui's house. Just while you look for another place." Ale said taking a long sip of her beer.

"Really Ale? Are you sure? I really wouldn't want to bother you." Sergio said shyly, it was a different side of Sergio that not everyone saw.

"Yeah, I'm sure. We're already almost like roommates." Aleana said with a smile a pushed Sergio but he eloped her into a hug. "Just one rule, no random girls in my apartment."

"You're no fun Ale." He said with a smile.

"So, this is the guest room. The bathroom is across the hall to the left. That's about it." Ale said, showing Sergio around her apartment.

"I can't believe I hadn't seen your place, it's amazing." Sergio said and Ale nodded.

"We both know why you hadn't seen my apartment, or me for that matter." Ale said, referring to Pilar and how she hadn't let Sergio see her.

"She just, thought that in the bottom of my heart, I had something for you. Other than the sibling love we have for each other."

"I know, I understand. I mean, you know, Marc, was the same way." Ale said, shuddering a bit at the sound of his name. Their breakup was still fresh in her mind, even though it had ended three months ago. It had left her completely destroyed. And the fact that her best friend couldn't be there to console her about it was worse.

"Don't even mention that idiots name." Sergio said through clenched teeth. He just remembered the night Ale called him, sobbing. Saying that she had to end things with him, catching him cheating on her.

"You know what we should do," Aleana said, a smirk forming. "go out. You invite your friends, I'll invite my friends. Just go out to a club. Like old times."

Sergio smiled and nodded, telling his friends to which club they were going to go.

A few hours later, Sergio was sitting on the couch in the living room. He was already ready, he had even taken the time to search through his boxes to find appropriate club clothes. He stood up and went to Aleana's room, knocking on the door.

"Ale! Let's go." Sergio yelled through the blasting music.

"Come in! I need you to approve of my outfit." Aleana said from inside of the room. Sergio went in.

"Wow." Was all that could come out of Sergio's mouth in that second. The dress that Ale was wearing made her ten times more attractive, and in Sergio's mind she was already a 9.5. Which is a lot more than what you see in the average girl.

"My rack looks amazing, if I do say so myself." Ale said while laughing.

"You're really focusing on your rack? Your ass looks, wow." Sergio said looking at Aleana from bottom to top.

"Let's leave before your pants get too tight." Ale said throwing Sergio a smile and leaving her room. "Are we going in your car?"

"Sure." Sergio said, walking through the door and Closing it behind him.

Arriving at the club, Sergio saw that no one he knew was there. Ale pulled him into a circle of her friends.

"Girls, this is Sergio." She said, pushing him into the group. "He's single" she added in a whisper and the girls laughed.

After a few minutes, Sergio's friends made their way into the club. Aleana saw Gareth come in and she smiled.

"You never called me." Ale screamed over the club music.

"Sergio didn't want to give me your phone number."

"Oh really?" Ale Said rolling her eyes.

"Let me buy you a drink." Gareth said smirking, she nodded.

From the other side of the club, Sergio took his eyes away from the blonde he was talking to. He looked for Ale and saw that she was talking to Gareth. He stood up, wanting to see where Gareth was going and followed him to the bar.

"What do you think you're doing?" Sergio asked.

"What does it look like? Buying a drink."

"Stay the fuck away from Ale. She's not one of those girls you just fuck and never talk to them again." Sergio said like venom coming out of his mouth.

"She's a big girl, she can make decisions for herself." Gareth spat back and took both drinks and left.

Sergio was left at the bar, blood boiling. He looked over at Aleana and saw her receiving the drinks brought by Gareth. He kept playing in his mind what Gareth had just told him as he walked towards them.

"Ale, I'm leaving." Sergio said trying to keep his calm as he saw Gareth. He handed Ale the keys to his Audi.

"Why?" Ale just asked.

"I'm taking a cab. See you at the apartment." Sergio just said and exited the club before he reacted badly.

Arriving at the apartment, Sergio didn't feel like looking through his boxes for a blanket to put on his empty bed so he went and slept in Aleana's room.

The smell of something burning woke Aleana up. She headed to her kitchen to see her balcony door open and a pan with what looked like charcoal bacon on it.

"You haven't even been here for a full day and you've managed to almost burn down my apartment?" Aleana asked with a smile as she hugged Sergio from behind. He was making pancakes.

"I'm sorry." Sergio said laughing. "This is my 'I'm sorry for being a jerk yesterday' apology. I did manage to get some good pieces of bacon, you know I'm a good cook. I just got distracted on my phone for a bit."

"Don't worry about it. I forgive you." Aleana said biting a piece of the good bacon. "At least I don't have a hangover, you know, since I was going to drive back."

"Again, I'm sorry." Sergio said turning the stove off and giving Aleana a kiss on the cheek.

The phone rang and Ale answered, it was her apartment lobby.

"Good Morning, there is a delivery for you. Would you like for us to send it up?" Mr. Madala , the lobby security guard, said.

"What is the delivery?" Aleana asked.

"It's a bouquet of flowers." He said and Aleana turned over to Sergio and slapped his back.

"What was that for!" Sergio said rubbing his back.

"You didn't have to send me flowers, breakfast was enough!" Ale said with a smile.

"I didn't send you flowers." Sergio said.

"Who are the flowers from?" Aleana asked Mr. Madala .

"The man who dropped them off said it was a Mr. Bale." He said.

Ale looked over at Sergio who had overheard this and saw his face turn red in anger.

"Sure, send them up." Ale said.
