They say, "Money makes the world go round," but in Pecunia, the saying goes a much, much longer way. The Rich and Poor are separated into distinct castes; the Rich are treated with respect and dignity, while the Poor are seen with contempt and disdain.
Too bad Skye isn't considered one of the richest people in Pecunia.
Skye Jackson is a girl living in this pragmatic society, Having an alcoholic mother as her only kith and kin, she struggles to survive in a community where the motto is: 'No money, no talk'.
So when she crosses paths with the son of a wealthy businessman, Skye takes a peek into the world of the Rich and discover that maybe there is more to the Rich than just the thick wad of dollar bills in the pockets of their tailored suits.
