Chapter 5

"I know sorry about that, that was my aunt I um, I don't have a phone, sorry" she had her head down

"Aye Asia can you go somewhere for a second"

"Why?!"

"Because I said so."

She just looked at me.

"Bye." I told her

She walked away with an attitude.

"Look at me,"

She still had her head down.

I lifted her chin up and she looked at me.

"Don't be shy or embarrassed, why you being like that?"

"Because I don't belong here Luke"

"It's Lucas baby girl" I laughed a little

"I'm sorry, see honestly I remembered your name and I was waiting for you to call me last night and I was just so excited to actually fit in but, I guess not" she put her head back down

"Stop it and stop doing that" I lifted her head back up "you do fit in"

"Thanks, but no I don't. Asia and her friends have made that very clear"

"Fuck Asia and her ugly ass friends" she laughed

Damn she had a gorgeous smile.

"Thanks Lucas?"

"You got it right" I smiled which made her smile

I saw Asia coming back over here and I just rolled my eyes.

"Baby come sit with me"

"No, this is my seat"

"Well come sit with mee" she whined

"Cut that whining shit out"

She caught an attitude quick and walked off mad.

I was over it.

I walked in school with a pissed off Destiny who was talking my ear off just venting about Chris. Honestly I wasn't even listening to what she was saying. I was too into my own thoughts.

"Are you even listening to me" Destiny snapped me out of my thoughts.

"Huh, uh, yeah"

"No you aren't. What's wrong?"

"Nothing just tired"

"You lying"

"No I'm no-" I stopped talking when I saw Michael walking up to us.

"Hey baby" he kissed my cheek

"Hey" I pulled out my phone scrolling through my Twitter timeline

August and Chris walked over to us.

"Wassup Destiny, Lady" August looked at me

"Hey" I didn't look at him

"Hey Lady" Chris spoke and ignored Destiny's presence,

Destiny rolled her eyes and turned to me. "You ready to go to class?"

"Yeah,"

"Damn ion get no love or nothin" Michael looked at me

I gave him a hug and he tried to kiss me but he kissed my cheek which I know made him mad.

I looked at August and rolled my eyes before giving him a hug. I quickly pulled away when I felt him grab my ass. I hit him.

"Stop"

He smiled. "Text me back."

"I'll think about it"

"Go to class Lady" Michael looked at me

"Nigga who are you" I looked at him and rolled eyes before walking in the building with Destiny.

I had a feeling this was gonna be a long day.
