No one says anything. They're taking in what I just said. The door bursts open. It some agent.
"What is it," Fury asked.
"Loki's at it again. This time in New York," The agent said.
Everyone stands up. We all look at fury. What does he want us to do? He's thinking about it. Tony clears his throat.
"Everyone but Sif, Clarice, and Araceli are going. You three stay back just in case anything happens here," Tony says.
"Hell no. I'm not staying back," Araceli says.
"That isn't fair. We're fighters just like you," Clarice states.
"Just because we don't have a leader doesn't mean you can automatically lead us Tony," I say.
I didn't really want to mention Steve, but to make my point I had to.
"I don't see anyone else doing it," Tony says.
Araceli and I both look at Thor. He looks away. No, he can't be agreeing with Tony.
"Thor, you can't do this. What happened to you always wanting to be a leader? Did it die along with Asgard," Araceli hastily asks.
Thor looks down then looks back at Araceli. He walks over to her. He tries to hug her. She pushed him away.
"Just go. I don't want to talk to you right now," Araceli says.
Thor looks at me. I hold his gaze for a few seconds before looking away. Thor sighed heavily.
"Well if we're going we need to go now," Thor says.
Everyone but Clarice, Araceli, Fury, and I shuffled out of the room. Araceli looks at Fury.
"Do you have a radio with you," Araceli asked.
"Yes. Do you need it," Fury responded.
"Yes."
Fury handed Araceli his radio. She took it and walked out of the room. Clarice and I followed. We followed her outside. Araceli sat on a bench. Clarice stood next to her. I leaned on the wall next to them.
"Listen up guys we have to do as Sif said. We have to work together on this one. We can't have a Vermont repeat," Tony says.
Do as I said. I'm not even there. Sometimes Tony's an idiot.
"Clint and Natasha get civilians to safety. Thor try to stop Bruce. Fandral, Hogun, and Volstagg hold back the enemy while Clint and Natasha get out civilians," Tony says.
"Yeah, and what are you going to do," Fandral asked.
Guess us three aren't the only ones happy about Thor's or Tony's decisions. Tony sighed.
"Fandral the decision has already been made. Thank you for helping. But, there's not much you can do now. Try to do as much as you can," Araceli says into the radio.
"Will do," Fandral says.
Serves Tony right. Us Asgardians stick together, except for the quarrel between Thor and Araceli right now. They'll make up soon enough. They can never stay mad at each other for long. One of them, most likely Araceli, will feel guilty and apologize.
We listened as the fight continued on. There's shooting, explosions, and smashing of metal.
"Has anyone seen Loki," Clint asked.
"Not over here," Volstagg said.
"No," Thor said solemnly.
Thor is really upset about what Araceli. I don't blame him. She said some pretty mean words. Even if we don't agree with Thor or Tony she could've said something not as rude. Not only was she effecting Thor but Volstagg, Fandral, Hogun, and I. We lost everyone aswell. She should've taken that into consideration.
An explosion goes off by me. I'm forced forward because of the impact. I'm laying on my stomach. My ears are ringing because of being so close to the explosion. I slowly stand up. Clarice is rubbing her head. Araceli looks dazed but is yelling into the radio. Because of my ringing ears I can't understand what's she's saying. It looks like something about Loki. I can't really tell.
Clarice begins to yell at me. I look at her confused. She's waving her hands around. I don't know what she means. Something hits me from behind. I fall onto my knees. I rub my head. It's throbbing where I was hit. I slowly get back up again. I turn around. Loki stands there with Steve. Loki's holding a spear of some sort with the mind gem in it. What's he doing with that?
Loki begins talking. The ringing has died down some. He said something about a distraction proving to be useful. I swung at Loki but missed. He simply laughed. I swung again only to miss again. When I swung a third time Loki grabbed my arm. He twisted it. I tried to pull away but he has a strong hold. Loki pressed the spear against my chest. Loki has me now.

I hoped you guys liked this chapter. I'll try to update soon but school has really been keeping me busy. But, I do have the beginning of the next chapter planned out. So I'll just have to go from there.
My friend jubilantrosy pm each other sometimes. We happened to talking about writing and following a topic because it's a big thing right now. I'd like to quote her for what she said.
"When you have the talent and ability to form words into sentences that can take a reader to another brief world then that's amazing. When you have the talent to form words into beautiful lyrics then congratulations! When you write stories and songs or paint/draw pictures that can spark discussion because YOU like it, because it's something YOU like to do then do it. People nowadays follow trends and are always looking for the next big thing that they often overlook what has already been achieved. When someone does something for other people it becomes a job and most people hate their jobs. Something they once loved becomes something they hate and is no longer fun. Then they let that talent go to waste and no one can experience it." -jubilantrosy
The importance of this quote is that it's true. I believe it from beginning to end. We write becuase we like to. Not becuase we want to be apart of the group and follow the big trend. I hope for my fellow writers that's the same thing.
