Calum has no home. Nowhere to go when he's sad. Nobody to comfort him as he cries, nobody to care for him, nobody to love him. He lost all of that the day of the crash, the day he lost his parents and sister. He has no where to go, no family to run to. So he was put into the system, an orphan being tossed from home to home.
He's never felt stability, not since he was with his family. It seems like every family that decides to take him in gets sick of him after a few months and throws him to the curb.
That's until he meets the Muttons. They are the first family to not get sick of him after a few weeks. The first people to truely care about him.
Their daughter, Alana is captivating. Legally she's his sister but emotionally that's definitely not the case.
She is so much more.
