*Louis' POV*

I drove onto the freeway headed to the beach. I hear Kailey groan at Raegan from the middle seat.

"Turn this shit off!" Kailey yelled, referring to our song 'She's Not Afraid.'

"Hey! I have you know that I sing this song!" Harry took fake offense.

"God, you know I'm kidding. But seriously, Rae. Turn it off. How are you not sick of hearing it this song, any of their songs? We hear them literally all the time." She paused, "Oh! Here! Here! Plug my phone in and just hit play!"

Raegan unplugged her phone and grabbed Kailey's. Within seconds, John Mayer was blaring through the speakers and voices errupted.

"Say what you need to say! Say what you need to say!" We all chorused.

"Now this is more like it!" I shouted between verses.

"What beach are we going to?" Keira asked.

Niall looked at her.

"You can't be serious. You've been dating Justin and hanging out with us for how long? Going to the beach with us for how long? And you still don't know what beach we're going to?" Niall asked sarcastically.

"We're going to Low Cheek." I informed her. "And we should be there right about-" I got cut off by Liam shouting.

"We're here!" Liam shouted banging on the back of my seat.

*Kailey's POV*

We had finally arrived at Low Cheek, and I was over excited. I have longed for the beach since mine and Harry's beach themed birthday in February. The way the wind would blow through my hair as I ran down to the water, how it was never too hot here, and unfortunately, how I would always end up losing a pair of sunglasses in the water.

We all stumbled out of the van and towards the changing rooms, except Keira, Justin, Harry and myself. We were smart enough to put our suits on under our clothes, so we laughed at our friends from the outside of the small building.

They finally walked out in their swimming attire about ten minutes later.

"TO THE WATERRRRR!" Louis shouted, nearly giving me a heart attack.

We all took off full speed towards the water, no one noticing Keira and Justin slowly making their way towards the soft white sand and sitting their stuff down.

"C'mon guys! Let's go swim!" I turned around and shouted towards them, trying to catch my breath from running so hard.

"I'm going to stay here and read for a little bit. You go and swim and have fun!" Keira turned and said to Justin.

"You sure? I can stay here with you if you want. It wouldn't bother me." Justin replied.

"No, no its fine! You go have fun, I'm going to stay here and read a little bit, maybe get some sun and actually get tan for once in my life. I'll join you guys later. Okay?" She compromised.

"Okay." Justin said, pecking her on the lips before turning and sprinting towards the others who were already in the water.

"What's wrong with her?" I asked Justin when he caught up to me.

"She just said she wanted to read for a bit and try and get a tan, and that she'd come out later." He said.

"Oh. Okay." I said. Not really believing the story she had told him.

"Hey, I forgot sunscreen, and we all know how easily I burn. Tell the others I'll be back in a minute." I said. Justin nodded his head in response.

I jogged back over to where Keira lay, and found her on the phone with someone. I tried not to make it obvious I was eavesdropping and very slowly retrieved the sunscreen and sprayed it onto myself.

"Yeah, yes I know." Keira sighed.
Know what?

"Yeah they know almost everything about me. But she doesn't know I know yet... No, I haven't talked to her about it yet." She said Into the phone.
Who hasn't she talked to and what hasn't she talked to them about? She turned around and noticed me staring. I quickly looked away and acted as if I hadn't just been listening in on her conversation.

"Hey, I gotta go I'll talk to you later, okay? Okay, bye." She said ending the phone call.

"Hey. I didn't notice you'd come back." She smiled.

"Yeah, I forgot to put on sunscreen." I said.

"Oh, I see. Wouldn't want to burn I guess.." She said nervous and awkward like.

"Yeah. Definitely not. You joining us for a swim?" I asked.

"Yeah, I just need to put my hair up first." She said.

"Okay. I'll wait on you if you like." I offered.

"Oh no, no its fine. Go on with the others ill be out there shortly."
She said too quickly.

"Okay, see you out there." I said turning back towards the ocean.

What was she hiding?
