Breakfast Hour (Part 2)

*Ed's POV*

"Okay then, we have a few things we need to talk about this morning." I said, almost shakily.

I couldn't deny the fact that I was nervous. I'm not sure why, but I was. Maybe it was the fact the Justin doesn't know about Keira being pregnant, or maybe it's because Kailey wants to start a family, and if I'm being honest I don't think I'm ready for it. But I want to keep her happy, and if that's what it takes, then I'll do it.

"Before you say what you're going to say, Ed. I have an announcement." Keira stated calmly.

"I was planning on letting you go first, Keira." I replied simply.

"What? What is it guys?" Liam asked.

Keira took a deep breathe.

*Keira's POV*

I took a deep breath. I wanted to do this... I wanted them to know. Sure Ed and Kailey knew, but Justin didn't and neither did the others. How I was able to keep it a secret for this long, I don't know but I did. I took another deep breathe before I spoke.

"I-I'm pregnant." I stammered, tears brimming my eyes from happiness.

"You're what?!" Everyone except Kailey and Ed shouted.

"I'm pregnant, with twins." I repeated, making sure to add the 'with twins' part.

Everyone looked at me, confusion staining their faces. I sighed realizing how dependent my friends are on explanations.

"Let me explain. Basically for the past several months I have been going to the doctor because I have been pregnant-"

"For how long?" Justin cut me off.

"About 6 months. But let me finish."

"No, Wait. 6 months? That was about the time of my birthday." Justin continued.

"Yes, Justin. You remember your birthday, I know you do. Anyway-" I attempt to finish.

"So why did you wait so long to tell us, especifically Justin?" Niall inquired.

"If you would let me finish, I could explain this." I snapped.

He threw his hands up in defeat, and for the third time in what seemed like ages I continued.

"As I was saying, the reason I had waited to so long to announce it is because I wasn't sure how everyone, especially you Justin, would take it. I told Kailey as soon as I found out and I told Ed this morning while everyone was still asleep. I only told Ed before Justin because if I didn't, Kailey was going to and I would have preferred to have told him myself." I finished.

They looked at me waiting to continue.

"I'm finished now..." I joked.

"So you're pregnant... With twins?" Justin asked.

"Yes."

"Oh my God! Guys! I'm going to be a dad!" Justin screamed in excitement.

I started crying due to the overwhelming happiness. He took that so well, I couldn't believe it.

"Why are you crying, Keira? This is amazing news!" He said, wiping my tears.

"I-I'm just so freaking happy, I mean everyone of you took this better than I thought you would. Especially you Justin, I thought you would be mad I didn't tell you sooner or something." I cried harder.

"How could I be mad at a moment like this? I just found out that I'm going to be a father. We're having a baby. Not just one, but two! Two babies! Our babies! I'm so beyond happy it's ridiculous"

He comforted me for a few more minutes. I looked up at Ed,

"Okay. You can go now..."

*Ed's POV*

"What else is there to talk about, mate?" Louis asked.

I stared at the the wall for a moment, not paying any attention to any of them.

"Hello, earth to Ed." Raegan joked, snapping her fingers.

"Huh-What? Sorry. I was- I was- I don't know."

"What else is there to talk about?" Niall repeated Louis' question between bites.

"Oh yeah, right. We're going on vacation in Bora Bora." I answered.

A chorus of 'woooo's' and 'yes's erupted throughout the room. I rolled my eyes at they're excitement.

"Let me rephrase that. Kailey and I are going on vacation to Bora Bora. Sorry to kill your excitement-"

"Why?" Raegan interrupted.

"Because we can. You all are welcome to stay here if you wish but you have to clean up your shit. If I come home and there's trash and a bunch of crap everywhere, so help me God I will fuck you up." Kailey exclaimed, not joking about if they leave a mess what she'll do.

"Understood. So when are you leaving?" Keira questioned, obviously amused by the fact she knows why we're going.

"A week, right Kai?"

She nodded. The others murmuring pointless things that I paid no attention to, then an awkward silence set in. Louis soon broke it.

"So, why don't we go down to the beach. It's not that far, and I'll drive."

Everyone agreed and went off to get ready. Once we met back in the living room,we piled into the van and were off.
