I woke up slowly  and I couldn't seem to get my bearings, it felt as if a hundred little drummers were marching in my head.

What had happened?

Had I imagined the great fall from my door step? I must have. It didn't feel possible. I kept my eyes closed in fear and tried to feel as if I was lying on was my own bed. It definitely was a bed, but it definitely wasn't mine. The sheet and quilt were made of what felt like silk and unless my single bed had transformed into a double, this wasn't mine.

I tried to listen for clues but I couldn't hear anything but my own breathing. I lay there still for another few minutes, making sure I was the only one in the room, before opening my eyes slightly.

Hanging down from the ceiling around the bed was opaque netting that blocked my view of the outside, I almost breathed a sigh of relief. If anyone was there I didn't want them to know I was awake yet. I needed to pull myself together, figure out were the hell I was and then escape back to my home.

Slowly I climbed out of the covers and looked down. I was glad to see I was still in the same clothes from when I was taken.

What time was it anyway?

How long had I been out of it?

Blocking the thought that I may have been unconscious for days I slowly peeked around the cloth. In front of me stood the most impressive room. Everything was oak and beautiful tapestry's hung  from the walls. They showed flowers and constellations. You could easily get lost in each of them. There were no electronics only candles that hung from the walls as if we had been flung into the past.

There were no windows that I could see, unless they were hidden by the tapestrys. The one door seemed to be made of thick oak. The ones that always stand the test of time.
I tried to take in as much detail as I could, truly making sure that there was nobody hiding in the corners, before walking as silently as possible over to the door and pulling at the handle.

It wouldn't open. I pulled as hard as I could and nothing. Without thinking I began to bang my fists against the door in pure anger.

"LET ME OUT!" I screamed in frustration. I continued to bang on the door for as long as I could. It wasn't helping anyone me doing this, I was just exhausting myself. There had been no response. I turned and slid so I was resting my back against it and buried my head in my hands.

I couldn't let myself cry. I needed to stay strong to get out of this. Even if I wasn't crying it didn't stop my breath from catching. I'm not sure how long I stayed in that position but I'm guessing it was a while. When I finally raised my head the candles had burnt almost to the bottom. Deciding that the only thing I could do was try and find a way to escape, that also meant I should come up with a plan.

I grabbed hold of the door handle, which I knew wouldn't move, and pulled myself up. I took one step forward and collapsed from my legs going dead. Due to the shock of falling I cried out. I didn't mean to and it didn't hurt, it was just an instant reaction. That was when the door burst open and I was being looked down on by two very large, very intimidating men. To attempt to save myself from further embarrassment I tried to get up but just fell down again. I could feel the pink spread across my cheeks.

The blonde mans face softened slightly and he reached out his hand. I was about to take it when I remembered that this wasn't somebody friendly helping me up, these were the people who were keeping me here. These were my kidnappers.

I ignored his hand and scrambled away from them as fast and I could and managed to stand myself up. I stood still for a few seconds until I had regained my balance, then had a good look at them.

They were both similar in build and the uniforms that they were wearing. The uniforms were black and simple but had some weird crest thing on the breast pocket. One had a slightly softer face than the other and was grinning at me. The other appeared more stern and seemed very much in charge. When I looked into their eyes I took an involuntary intake of breath. Their eyes seem to glow red and black and unatural.

"Are you alright miss?" The blonde one asked, even his tone of voice was soft. His eyes looked into mine and I took another large step back, if it wasn't for his eyes I probably could of classed my kidnapper as attractive.

"Where am I?" I snapped back.

"Sorry, I can't tell you that. Bosses orders. You must wait here until you are collected."

"Collected! I don't care about your bosses orders! You are to tell me where the hell I am now!" He looked almost conflicted but held strong.

"My job is just to make sure you remain here until collected, I am not in a position to pass on information." His strange eyes darted about the room, unable to look me in the eye. How strange.

"Well then I want to see your boss. Now!" The fear I had been feeling was  replaced with anger, who the hell were these people.

"You cannot see the boss until he has requested you miss." Both of the guards looked at each other.

"I don't give a shit about that I demand to see him now!"

"Your wish is my command Angel." A new voice entered. It was the same one I had heard before I collapsed. Turning towards the doorway I was struck by what I saw. He was over the top attractive, but he was striking. He had the kind of look that made your heart beat so loud it you become afraid he might hear it. His hair was a deep brown that had that perfect had the perfect balance of scruffy and styled. He was wearing an old band top from someone I had never heard of. He was also wearing the converses I had seen the first time. Then I looked into his eyes. They were worse than either of the others. With one quick glance you could tell they were filled with evil. They were crimson in the centre that melted into black. The colours almost looked alive with dark magic. Any thoughts on him being attractive vanished.

"Who are you?" I had tried to make my voice sound menacing and strong but it betrayed me, quiet and shaking with fear.

"I'm your dreams, your nightmares, Your friend but mainly your enemy. At least according to the books I am." He answered with a smile on his face and snorted to himself. He wasn't taking this seriously. He had kidnapped me and he was trying to joke around.

"I demand to be taken home." My voice felt stronger now that the anger had returned.

"Oh do you. Well tough you are here now and here is where you will stay."

"What the hell do you want with me? Who are you? Where is this place?"

"ENOUGH...of the questions." His face twitched slightly as if he was trying to keep himself in control.

"But why am I here?"

"I said enough." His voice instantly made the whole energy in the room change and I cringed back in fear. He never raised his voice, but it did change. There was no joking anymore.

"I just want to go home."

He gave one look at the guards and they left the room, he began to leave as well but stopped in the doorway, turning around he looked me dead in the eye.

"This is your home now. Welcome to hell."
