John and Dave were best friends, inseparable almost. Through thick and thin they stuck together, whatever arguement they had, they made up afterwards and everything was good again. But things had changed when John moved away.
Dave still had contact with him of course, the two skyping whenever they had time to. But, it just didn't feel the same. Dave couldn't walk to school with John anymore, couldn't hang out and watch his shitty movies. But one day, John had just, stopped answering all of Dave's calls and texts.
Dave had tried to call John, only to get voice mail. Calling, skyping, any form of communication with John, was all cut off.
Dave was heartbroken. 'What did I do wrong?' He had constantly thought to himself. What had he done wrong for John to ignore him, to ignore his best bro, for months?
Dave tried to forget about John, about John ignoring him. But you can't erase someone that easily, especially when they're close to your heart.
John PoV
John hadn't spoke to Dave in about a year now. John couldn't, really. He couldn't speak to hin at all now actually. After the incident, he couldn't.
And the other thing is, John couldn't even remember who Dave Strider was.
