Coby and I walked to my room... Kathereen, Cara, and Rowan slept on Coby's room, yet again... So Coby is sleeping in my room

When we got into my room, I went into the bathroom and quickly changed into my night gown

Once I got out, I saw Coby in my bed on his laptop

"What are you doing?" I said sitting beside him, clinging onto his arm

"Um, I'm just looking for ideas" he said and continued to scroll down

"Ideas for what?"

"A party"

"What kind of party?" with that question of mine, he looked at me

"Bakit ba ang dami mong tanong?" he asked, well, not angrily... but still... hmp

"Hmp! Sungit!" I said, letting go of his arm, turning my back at him, and crossing my arms

"Sorry" he said and hugged me from the back.

I removed his arms from my waist

"Bahala ka jan!" I said and put the comforter on top of me

Whilst Abby was in the shower, Mom called me

"Hello, mom? What's up?"

"Anak, how's things going with Abigail, huh?"

"She's my girlfriend now"

"Oooh!!! Good! That's great news anak! Though we are setting you up on marriage, you know that"

"Yes, mum... I know that. Though, I wanna do it right. I don't wanna marry her just for business. I don't wanna marry her for the wrong reason. Yes we will get married, don't worry about that. We just wanna go through the right process. You know what I'm saying? I want it to be special for her. Not only for me"

"I understand, anak. That's my boy! You've learned to make your own decisions! You're right... and we do respect your decisions"

"Thank you, mum"

"Anyways, anak, I called to tell you something, straight from us and your tito Paul and tita Paula"

"What is it?"

"If you could, can you get some ideas for your engagement party? I mean, we won't do it yet until you propose but... Just get some ideas"

"Okay"

"Oh, and one more thing"

"What is it?"

"If you could, do not speak of anything about this to my future daughter-in-law, can you?"

"Why mom?"

"Because we want it to be a surprise"

"Okay"

"Good... take good care of Abigail, okay?"

"I will mom, bye"
