There once was a rich man. He had a beautiful wife and a beautiful daughter. His daughter's name was Ella. One day his wife died. Then he got remarried. And then that wife died. Not realizing his bad luck with wives, he remarried again. This one has two kids. Then one day, the man died. Ella was left with her step-step mother. And her step-step sister and her step-step brother. They were not very nice.
Her step-step mom was a psychopath, and her step-step siblings were sociopaths. They made Ella a servant.
One day, Ella fell asleep as she was cutting salmon (you can guess where this is going). The next four weeks she smelled like salmon and her step-step siblings ridiculed her so much by calling her 'SalmonElla', that Ella went crazy, and, in a fit of rage, she murdered her step-step mother, step-step brother, and step-step sister.
