Chapter 2: Chibi's name

Daiki's POV

"Officer-san! I am not one of them! It just happened that I passes by!" I reasoned out again since the Officer dragged me with the 5 other scary guys here in the Police Station.

The officer just ignore me and kept writing in what looks like a paper. I sighed and just decided to look at the faces of the 5 students that have the same uniform as me. I looked up and met a couple of scary eyes.

I blinked and look down again adjusting my glasses. As i've thought, something bad would happen again today. I sighed for how much as I can count too.

"Okay, this will be the punishment for you all." I look up when officer finally said something.

"P-punishment?.." I asked still shocked.
"But Officer-san I didn't do something wron--!" But the officer cut me by widening his eyes.

"Tsk." said by one of the guy that has the same height as me.

"As if we will gonna do it", the guy with a spike hair said with his eyebrows furrowed.

I look at the thin guy that keeps looking at me in a creepy way. I fidget in my sit because it's uncomfortable.
Then, the pretty guy get the paper that the officer wrote on and stand up exiting the police station. I sighed again standing up. I guess I need to help them to their punishment. Then the four others stand up as well walking fastly to follow the pretty guy.

I followed them as well, tailing them. But when I stepped out the police station they all looked at me.

"N-nani?" I asked scared hugging my school bag tight, forgetting about the school completely since it's almost lunch break.

The scary guy walk infront of me and stick the paper on my forehead.

"Do that instead." He smirked while looking down at me.

I blinked letting the fact sink in first. My jaw dropped literally. "WHAT?!"

"You just have to go to the guidance in our school and give it to the guidance counsilor", said by the pretty boy with a bored face.

"He'll be the one to decide for the punishment", said the guy who I think is their leader.

Yuya's POV

I smirked seeing how frightful he is. "He'll be the one to decide for the punishment", I said to the nerdy boy.

"Jaa ne!" I wave with a smirk and walks away together with Inoo, Hikaru, Yamada and Keito not attending the school for today.

I noticed how Hikaru kept silent while walking.

"Oi." I nudge him a little making him look at me. He scratches his head.

"Do you think it's mean? Making that poor little kid do our punishment?" Hikaru asked.

"What? Don't tell me you wanna clean the whole gym again today?" I asked while raising an eyebrow.

"Or you wanna help him?" Asked by Inoo with his arms crossed.

"Ehhh~ does Hikaru pity that kid?" Teased by Yamada.

"Don't call him kid, he has the same height as you Yamada", Keito smirked making Yamada glared at him.

"It's not it guys, we are at fault here not him." Hikaru scratches his nape sighing.

"Well, you can help him if you want." I shrugged then walks away leaving them all.

"Maa ne, Hikaru ganbatte!" I heard Yamada laughed when I was a few meters away from them.

Hikaru's POV

I suddenly felt a pang of guilt when Yuya command that kid to do the punishment. Sometimes I really hate myself. And now, here I am walking to school eve if past lunch break already.

I tried to walk on the hallways as silently as possible so the Principal won't caught me. I walk around the hallways peeking at every room to find that kid but suddenly felt stupid since I can't find him.

I blink feeling more stupid because he did the punishment, meaning he'll clean the whole gym. I whack my own head lightly walking where the gym is.

When I open the door I found no one inside. I was about to turn around but I heard voices talking with each other.

"Eh? Really you--......... arigatou!" I heard what sounds like the voice of that kid. I hide behind the chair and as I've thought it's the kid and our Guidance Counsilor, Mrs Miru.

"I know you won't do such a bad act towards people. You can go back now to your room. And here..." she held a paper to the kid. "If you see them give this to them", she continued and pat the kid head before leaving.

When Mrs. Miru left the room, I decided to stand up and walks to that kid.

"Oi chibi." I said, that made him stiff and turns around.

"H-hai?" He asked with a hint of nervousness from his tone.

"Mrs. Miru didn't let you clean the whole gym, did she?" I asked.

He nods his head fixing his glasses. And then suddenly we heard the loud bang in the door.

"DAI-CHAAAAAAAN!" someone who is shorter than this kid shout. I only wince at how loud the voice is and just watches him run and hug the kid.

'Ehhh~ so Dai-chan is his nickname, how cute', I though but immediatly shakes my head at the thought.

"Why are not with me at lunch break? Why did you not attend the first, second and third period? Why did you let me eat alone? And more importantly, why are you with Hikaru Yaotome in this gym!" the squirrel suddenly blurted out making me smirk like what Yuya always does.

"Eh? You knew him?" The kiddo pointed at me.

"He is one of the guy I was talking about! Their group is the scariest here in our school. But even though they are bad boys and always in a fight, many girls are attracted to them because of their looks. Mou! You always spaced out everytime I told you about them, aren't you?" The kid just shrugged as if he is not interested at all.

I decided to clear my throat to gain their attention.
"I bet you both know me now. Are you both gonna tell me your name or what?" I asked.

"Chinen Yuri desu!" said by the cheerful chibi. Then the kid with glasses just sigh.

"Arioka Daiki." He said in a plain voice.

'Cute! I wonder how he looks like without those thick glasses',I smiled at my thought.

"Ne Chii, let's go. I wanna go home.." he said while pulling his friend's arm.

"Hikaru-kun? Can you tell Ryosuke-kun that I love him? Arigatou! Bye bye!" Said the kid's friend before they both got out of the gym leaving me there smiling. 'Eh~ Yamada's really popular. Having boys and girls throw themselves to him'.

"Daiki... interesting..." I smiled before going out of the gym skipping the whole period so I can go home already.
