I finally decided on which road I should take, I would follow the curved path. The one that led through the trees, and I would continue to follow it until it ended or I got some answers.

It was about midday before I stopped to sit on a log and rest my feet. As I was resting I heard the wheels of a wagon rumbling down the road behind me, and a faint but deep voice singing these words:

" The road goes ever on and on, down from the door where it began"... I decided to sit and wait to see who was coming. Maybe they could help me. I thought. When the wagon came into sight I tried my best to get the driver's attention.

" excuse me Sir.!" I said to the driver and waved my hands to get his attention. The driver stopped and slowly pulled the wagon over to where I was. He was a tall, kind looking old man with a grey beard, and wore a grey cloak, long silver grey scarf, and a tall grey pointed hat.

" Yes?" He kindly said to me. " could you tell me where I am?" I asked, " I'm kind of lost. " " Your in the Shire," he replied, " and this road leads to the town of Hobbiton".
