My phone started ringing I took it out of my pocked,it's unknown number,I accepted the call "Hello?" I said "NICK HELP" I heard Dani Screaming

Chapter 22 

Nick's (P.O.V)

"NICK HELP" I heard Dani screaming "Whoa,Where are you?" I said panicking "MARRIOTTE HOTEL AAAAAAAHHHHHH" She screamed then there was sound of something crashing hard then the line went dead Shit..!What am I going to do?"Nick is everything alright?" Kristina asked I left 20 on the table then started running out,Ignoring Kristinas calling for me hope she gets the hint that I'm in rush cuz Dani is not okay.I got in the car and drove as fast as I can,Is that where she was staying the past month?Did Jacob get to her?Is she getiing raped? Oh shit I dismissed the thought quickly I can't panic anymore.I dialed the officer's number and he said he will go to the hotel as fast as he can,and he will call the security over there.

I parked my car quickly in the hotel's parking lot,I got out I ran to the hotel's gate not even bothering locking the car,I ran to the receptionist "Dani brooks room number,please" I said tapping my fingers impatiently she typed something on the computer then said "Room 1440,the 11th floor,Sir" As soon as the finished her sentence I ran to the lift she kept yelling that I can't just run over there but did I give two and half shits?No. Security started running after me trying to prevent me from getting there that's good then.The lift stopped at the 11th floor I got out running looking for her room

1435 No 1436 No 1437 No 1438 No 1439 No I looked at the last room 1440 Yes.I started knocking hard on the door but all what could be heard is screaming and stuff falling and crashing,two security men came they must have heard,Just for our luck there was those girls who cleans the rooms the security men asked her for an extra key and she got it as they just told her,they unlocked the door .

I took in what I saw,if it wasn't a serious situation I would have laughed hard till my stomach hurt,but now not a suitable time,The room was a whole disaster everything is almost broken,Kat was on top of a guy which I assume Jacob and she was hitting him with something "YOU FREAKING BASTARD DON'T YOU DARE COME NEAR MY BEST FRIEND AGAIN" She yelled at him still hitting him with god knows what.One of the security guys went and got her from on top of him he held her waist but she kept wiggling and throwing her legs everywhere,

"LET ME GO,LET ME SHOW HIM WHO'S HE'S  MISSING WITH" She yelled at the security but he never let her go the other one held Jacob's hands behind his back,

"Where is Dani?" I asked Kat's head shot to me,and she pointed behind me I looked there to find Dani curled in a ball,she was hugging her knees,with her head between them,she actually looked broken her sight made my heart shatter into million pieces I went to her and sat on my knees I brought her to my chest,she tensed up a little but when she noticed it was me she relaxed and wrapped her arms around my torso,I ket rocking us back and forth to calm her down but she cried more and buried her head more in my chest."Shhh,everything is okay,You're okay" I shushed her,Then the officer Jack came running to the room he let out a breath when he saw me with Dani and the security holding Jacob."Oh,Thank god everything is under control" He said rubbing his forehead.

Jacob is under arrest and we have to go to the court on Monday it's Thursday today so we have plenty of time,Now we (me and Dani) finally got home,I can't describe actually how tired I feel,I sighed as I put the keys on the table in the leaving room,I sat on the couch with me leg on the table,While Dani sat there awkwardly on one of the chairs,She didn't take her eyes off her lap,we were in a silence,an awkward one actually,it wasn't comfortable at all,Then finally she broke the silence,"Nick" She said softly but Ignored her,I actually going to ignore her for a while,Like I said earlier If you don't get punished for doing something wrong,What will stop you from doing it again? 

As much as I love her I still am mad at her,What she did wasn't so nice,and I know I'm no better and what I did hurt her but again what she did,did actually hurt her bad.

Dani's (P.O.V)

"Nick" I said softly breaking the awkward silence but he just looked everywhere but me,"Nick I'm sorry I-" I said but was cut off by him walking away to the master room,okay he's mad but this made my blood boil,I followed him angrily,he went in the master room,he turned his body to face me he looked at me for good 5 seconds them slammed the room door shut,I gasped I knocked on the door.No answer.I knocked again still no answer this made me on the edge.

"Why are you being such a jerk?I'm the one who should be mad at you" I said few seconds later the door burst open with angry Nick 

"Jerk?Well that jerk just saved you from god knows what was going to happen to you" He said I was about to say something but he cut me off "Oh,and I'm mad because First you lied to me about the marriage and told me it's canceled" He said pointing at his finger "Second you disappeared for a whole month with no-one know anything about you" He finished I was about to say something but he cut me off once again "third You called me because you had no-one else to call and lastly and not least you're calling me the Jerk" He said 

"I left because you said you were seeing someone else" I whispered feeling tears welling up in my eyes once again "That doesn't mean you have to go away all this time and even not going to school,I was going insane" he said "Are these four reasons explains good why I'm being a jerk to you?" He said rolling his eyes.

At the moment I felt nothing but a good feeling inside of me I know it's not the time for that but I couldn't help but feel my heart jump when he said he was going insane for me,I mean what more could I ask for?He's so caring and loving.He stood there staring at me anger filling his eyes waiting for my reply 

"I love you too"
