Chapter 18: Marco Williams

~~ Marco's POV ~~

It's been 6 and a half years since I met the guys. We spent a lot of time together. We did a lot of fun things together especially when we were younger. Now, in our senior year, we met the most incredible girl ever. She was the prettiest, the funniest, the most supportive, and the most amazing girl alive. I remember the time when I tried introducing myself to her. It was one of most embarrassing and epic experience I've had. I tripped in front of her. In fact, I know that you know that I am super clumsy. It's in the genes.. Just kidding. It's my specialty. It's my gift. It's my charm. But still, I'm pretty good-looking and hot, and don't you dare deny that. Ever since I became friends with Elise, she made my life complete and brighter. Her smile is the cutest smile I've seen. Her laugh is the most adorable laugh I've heard. Her face is the prettiest and the most beautiful face I've ever fell in love with. I fell for her since she trusted me to be her friend. I know she's having a hard time trusting people, but she trusted us and it made us so happy. Even though we're a group of five guys and she didn't really know us, she still trusted us to be her friends even though she doubts sometimes. She's so amazing and we're so blessed to have her.

~~ Marco's Dark Past ~~

My Mom got married to a guy who is addicted to alcohol and drugs but she didn't know that. They met when my mom was in the park. She was crying because her ex-boyfriend left her. She only had three boyfriends in her whole life. The first one is Caleb's Dad. He was his true love but he had to move to another city so they broke up, but I know that they promised each other that they'll meet again. The second one was just a rebound, she wasn't really in love with him at first, but as time passed, she started loving him but not as much as she loved Caleb's Dad. They broke up because the guy found another girl. The last one is my father. As I was saying, they met in the park since mom was alone and crying. So, my father tried talking to her. He wasn't addicted to alcohol and drugs that time. They talked about what happened to my mom. She explained every detail and my father comforted her. They started seeing each other ever since they met in the park.

After a year, my father proposed to her and they got married. But ever since my mom got pregnant, my father kept drinking and got addicted to drugs because of his friends. They argued a lot and sometimes my father wouldn't come home for days. Her stomach got bigger and bigger since she's pregnant. My mom gave birth to me without my father beside her. She had a hard time raising me up because my father isn't always there. My father hated me and I hated him too. Whenever he goes home, he's always drunk or high. He would always spank me and my yell at me.

When I turned four, my parents got divorced because my mom had enough from my father's addiction and with how he treats me. She didn't care if he hurts her, all she cares about is how I'll grow up. She decided to move to the city where her first boyfriend moved to. And luckily, they met accidentally in the park. We were walking when she suddenly slipped, but Austin's dad was there to catch her. They recognized each other's faces and they were so happy. At that time, Caleb's dad was single too because he separated himself from his wife. Austin was there too when my mom and his dad met accidentally. We played in the park while our parents were talking and catching up. After a few months, they got married and we supported them. I felt so happy when I saw my mom back to her cheerful self. And I also felt excited that Austin will be my brother. He was the best, best friend I've had.

We went to school together and I know he told you that we were bullied a lot. We met Raymond when we were 7 years old. He tortured us so much even though we were still young. We tried our best to be understanding but he left us no choice. We had to beat him up too. But we know it's bad to beat others. Austin and I thought of a cruel plan. We sharpened his pencil. And when we saw Raymond, we stabbed his back with the sharpened pencil. He started bleeding and we just laughed at him. After that, he got sent to the hospital and luckily, he didn't die. He didn't move to another school or city. He just stayed there but he avoided us. The bullying stopped and we were relieved.
