Chapter 86. Tears

Will I ever give him a chance for me? Will I? Will I ever give him the chance?

"J-jongin.." Taeyeon muttered between her sobs. Which made Kai to look up at her with his face covered with his flowing tears. "Y-you.. you know that I-I love B-baekhyun.." Kai held my shoulders tighter as he nodded.

"I-I do.. b-but please.. g-give me the chance," I was stoned on my position when Kai pulled me for another hug. This time, he burry his face onto my shoulder as I felt him sobbing.

Meanwhile, Taeyeon was shocked and can't even move an inch on her position. "Truth honestly.. I-I'm so dumbed to know that you love Baekhyun more than anything else.. b-but please T-taeyeon.. a chance is really all I wanted.. p-please don't say no," He murmured while shaking his head. Forcing himself to burry his face even more on my shoulder.

Kai is a great friend to me.. b-but.. I can't stand seeing him this hurt.. a-and I don't want to double the pain once I choose Baekhyun over him. I-it's like as if.. his efforts will turn useless at the end of the day.

"I'll let you love and choose Baekhyun.. b-but please.. accept my feelings and let me prove to you that I'm sincere.. l-let me stay beside you.. l-let me protect you.. let m-me cheer you up whenever you're down," As he muttered those sentence, my tears continuously flow down like a non-stoppable water falls.

But when the time she finished her sentence, she can't fight back and break down as she bite her lower lip. Letting her tears flow down and starts whimpering, "Y-you know my part, Jongin.. I still have pity for you at the end of the day! Your efforts will turn useless if ever you continue this stupid idea! You know that I love Baekhyun.. s-so stop hurting yourself as well.. you're just forcing me to choose the hard way.. I-I can also feel the pain, Kai.. worst than what you think it is. Jongin, you don't need to do this! Let me set free if you really love me!" I ended and punched his chest while crying.

But despite from those, he endured those punches and hugged me even tighter, "I-I will n-never let go, T-taeyeon.. I will never!" His audible sobs were now revealed.

I let him be for a moment. I'm tired.. I-I'm very tired with everything. We stayed like that for a moment, crying while he's hugging me. Love truly hurts you a lot.. b-but.. what will I ever repay Kai with his feelings that he's giving me? I gave all of my love for Baekhyun– wait, i-it's like what the way Jessica composed a song from one of the ballads.

I'm not even so sure if I'll choose Kai.. because I Gave All Of My Love For Baekhyun.

I slowly let go away from his grasp and wipe my tears away, "I-I'll.. I'll let you be with your feelings, Jongin.. b-but I warn you.. you'll just regret at the end," After that, I ran away from the rooftop. Leaving him moveless and dumbfounded. Kai followed Taeyeon using his eyes. And as soon as the door slammed close, he felt his sigh revealed and let his tears flow down for the nth time.

I let my feet drag me wherever they want. I don't care if I'll end up to an abandoned place. At least just me. I wanted to be alone, but somehow I need someone to be by my side and comfort me whenever I need someone's hug, someone's advises and someone's whisper.

I stop my pace when I witnessed something that doubled the wound in my heart. I felt my body drop down. Now that I witnessed it for how many times, he's now the one who pulled her for a hug.

Baekhyun's POV

I'm leaning against the wall after I let my tears flow down from the West Lake. But nonetheless, I didn't even felt relieve. It's still here within me. It's still here within my heart. But scratch those part of what I see. I'll fight my love for Taeyeon.. she only belongs to me. Call me selfish but I'll do whatever it takes.. she's only mine.
