Shorty - He always calls you that when there is a situation where you can't reach something because of your height so he does it for you with ease. It does annoy you when he calls you it because you feel a bit puny but you don't mind it.
Love - Simple you are his love, and he loves you more then anything. So why not call you it? It's also his way of saying 'I love you' quicker, but don't worry he says 'I love you' to you all the time.
Dear/My darling - He calls you it to make you cringe, and it did work for a while, but now you're just use to it though he still calls you it with his playful little smirk 😊.
