"Well..." Gérard was about to answer when he suddenly collapsed. Magnolia looked up to the blazing autumn sun, shading her eyes. "It is middle of day." Myers added. He snapped his fingers, summoning Xiăo Lóng from wherever she was. She helped her Alpha carry Gérard into a nearby tent.
Magnolia sighed, following them into the tent. They waited for a while, fanning the vampire before he jerked awake. "Aah! I don't wanna be crucified!" He screamed, flailing his arms. Magnolia grabbed his wrists. "You were telling me who else was with you." She reminded.
Gérard blinked in confusion, before remembering. "Oh, your mate Firmy." He smiled. They still don't know... Magnolia remembered. But what would Myosotis do if he finds out about Myers? She turned to Myers, who didn't look affected by Gérard's answer. "What about Ethan?" Myers asked, remembering the host. "Who knows. He wasn't with us." Gérard replied.
・・・
As soon as the moon was out, Magnolia watched Gérard shift into his little bat form and hastily flap away. "And where will you be heading off too?" Magnolia asked. The bat stopped midair and flapped over to her. 'Probably over to Pennsylvania. For a while only, I should be back by dawn, maybe.' Gérard answered, before hurrying off into the night.
The warriors, that were on night duty patrolling the perimeter, watched the bat hastily disappearing into the night. About an hour after he had left, Alexander walked out of his tent and looked up into the sky. "The moon is nearly full again." He mumbled to himself. "The Luna's have arrived." A warrior informed Alexander. He nodded and dismissed the warrior.
Magnolia emerged from her tent and smelled the familiar scent of sandalwood, camellia/baby powder and myosotis. Besides her three overjoyed friends, there were three older women. Standing beside to Angelina was a black haired woman with a fair complexion. She held the said human captive.
Next to her was a shorter woman with red and black hair who held Camellia captive. Myosotis was held captive by an amber blonde woman. Next to the amber blonde was Feliciano, wearing a military uniform, something very unlike himself. Magnolia judged, only to receive an unusual glare from him. "What?" He sneered. She held her hands up in mock defense. "You must be Magnolia." The black haired woman smiled, letting go of Angelina. She hurried to the White Fang Luna and smiled. "I'm Luna of the Black Arrows, Blake." She introduced herself.
"And I'm Ruby!" The red and black haired proudly announced. "Felicia of Amber Claw." The amber blonde woman smiled, letting go of Myosotis. Angelina looked awkward before Magnolia hurried over. "Angey, are you alright?" She asked. Angelina nodded. "What about you?" The redhead asked. "I'm fine." Magnolia assured.
"Magnolia!" Myosotis rushed over to hug the snow haired girl. The snow haired girl was about to return the hug when she felt the gaze of Myers on her back. "It's you." He parted from her and stormed over to his twin. "I've got nothing to say to you, brother." Myers spoke with a dull and monotonous tone.
"Break it up, two of you." Léi cut in between them. "So, who are you?" She grinned at Myosotis. "I'm Myosotis Firmament." He politely introduced himself. "That's a nice name! I hope that I don't forget you." She joked. He nervously laughed as a response. Then, Léi closely observed his face, before turning to Myers. "I didn't know you had a twin? Why didn't you tell us?" She ruffled both of their hairs. "Léi!" Myers hissed, combing back his hair back with his hands. Myosotis did the same. 'Again, talk about twins who hate each other...' Lacrimosa commented.
"Ross!" Ruby enthusiastically called as she vigorously waved her hand to her approaching mate. Ross frowned, avoiding his Luna's gaze. Still, she glomped the tall male and lovingly clung onto his arm. Alexander and Tiberio left the tent to add on to the crowd. They all turned to Myosotis.
"Who's he?" They asked in sync, just as Levi and Hunter joined the crowd. Magnolia mentally double face-palmed. Myers sighed deeply. Levi cleared his throat. "This is Myosotis Firmament." He introduced. "Magnolia's boyfriend." He added. She became nervous. Myers didn't say anything.
"What's your name again?" Alexander walked up to Blake, eyeing Myosotis. "Myosotis Firmament." He answered. The Alpha rubbed his chin. "And you are?" He turned to the other twin. "Myers Astra Firmament, sir." He replied. Alexander turned to Levi. "I'm actually quite surprised that Magnolia could cope with a mate and and boyfriend at the same time." He commented.
"Father did say that Magnolia had two choices." Levi added. Myosotis was confused. He looked at Magnolia, questioning. "Magnolia... I don't understand." He anxiously whispered. She let out a sigh. "I'm born with lilac eyes, meaning that I can see the Red String of Fate. I have two; and both are connected to Myers and yourself. So plainly speaking, I have two choices. But since Myers is a wolf-shifter, unlike yourself (for us wolf-shifters), Myers has a higher priority as a mate." When Magnolia had finished explaining, she saw Myosotis looking even more depressed than stunned. He balled his hands into tight balls of fists. Magnolia reached out to his right hand, with her left hand; getting their hands entangled with their red strings.
"We're still together." She mumbled. Myosotis relaxed his hand and pulled Magnolia into a hug. "Yea..." he whispered, noticing Myers taking a step closer, as if to watch his movements. The twins glared at each other.
・・・
"This can't be happening." Myosotis muttered as he got into the upper bunk. "Just shut up and accept your Fate." Myers growled as he crawled into the lower bunk. "Fermer les pièges." Camellia hissed, crawling into the lower bunk of the bed next to the boys'. Angelina sighed, climbing up onto the upper bunk. For the rest of the night, Myers and Myosotis had been insulting each other, with comebacks.
Sometimes, Camellia butts in to silence them with harsh French profanity. Occasionally, they stopped when a warrior wolf came in to check on them. Before long, they dozed off to sleep, tired from snapping back at each other. It was a little past midnight when Levi stood outside their tent. He peeked through the flaps, seeing their sleeping figures. A warrior walked up to him. Levi parted from the flap, focusing on the warrior.
"Alpha, you should get some rest." The warrior saluted. "It's fine. I'm just worried about the choices I make." Levi sent the warrior off. "But when there are choices like this, there will always be consequences." Levi muttered to himself. The Alpha returned to his tent, to rest.
