"Do you know the answer? Or have you been not paying attention?" She asked. Feliciano looked at the board. "x=-1/6 or x=4." He answered. The teacher stared at him for a few seconds before staring back at the question, before back at the Italian.
"That's correct." She turned around. Feliciano went back to sleep. While he did, Magnolia heard him mumbling, but didn't understand what he was saying. She glanced to his curl, once again beginning to bounce with delight.

Magnolia skipped about in the halls, with her duffle bag bouncing against her hip as she skipped. She remembered the text message Myosotis sent to her. "Having class debate. See u aft sch ;)" was what he had sent to her before she started training.
Most likely, Myosotis would finish first but surprisingly, Coach Joanna had to go off early, so they finished at about 4:30 P.M. Magnolia had quickly showered and headed for the lecture hall. When she arrived, it was empty. She took a sniff. No one had used it recently.
She called Myosotis's phone. He didn't answer. She called Angelina's phone. It was turned down with one of her 'call back later' messages. Reluctantly, Magnolia called Camellia. "Hi, this is the Stargazer. How may I help you, if not, get lost." Camellia greeted before Magnolia could even say 'hey'.
"Camey! Where's Angey?" Magnolia asked. "Why? She's went to Starbucks with Kanzaki for a project." Camellia answered. "She's not having debate?" Something was wrong. "Wasn't that supposed to be next week?" Camellia asked. Magnolia became frantic.
"Okay, thanks anyways." Magnolia ended the call. "Blood. Blood. Blood." Magnolia repeated, hoping to smell Gérard out. Finally, she caught the scent of fresh blood. She glanced around to make sure that there wasn't anyone around. She shifted and sprinted towards the source. She followed until she reached the school rooftop garden.
Magnolia shifted back to her human form, now changing into a white oversized dress shirt and black shorts. She was panting by the time she reached. Magnolia rested her hands on her kneecaps before she threw herself upwards to inhale strongly. She saw a black-haired Gérard, back facing her.
"Tavi, have you seen Myosotis?" She asked. Gérard turned around, revealing his choice of prey: a bat. "Eww. Tavi!" She shrieked, hugging herself with disgust. "Cannibalism!" As if offended by her comment (which he is), Gérard spat out the carcass into a nearby pot of tulips.
"It's not like I have a choice, there aren't that many criminals or even wild dogs!" He protested, walking over to the ledge. "I really want to feed on a human..." he sat on the ledge as his hair reverted to platinum.
"As a snack? Or a meal? Cos I'm sure have eaten well since June while you were in Texas after camp." Magnolia retorted. "As a snack. I fed off 15 to last until Halloween." Gérard replied, leaning back a little. "Anyways," he levitated over the ledge.
"Oh, and I saw Myosotis 'bout an hour ago. He was leaving with Ethan and Vargas. Plus, check it out, Nic is working for GB." He floated over to Magnolia.
"What?" She asked, taking a step back. "Jordan is having external connections with Golden Bell. Like a spy." Gérard explained, turning around to lie on his stomach. "I saw a tattoo on his shoulder blade." He added.
Magnolia narrowed her eyes with annoyance, pushing Gérard away. "Don't beat about the bush. And how do you know about Golden Bell?" She growled. Gérard hauled himself back to stay straight. "I wouldn't be here if I was." Gérard wasn't bothered by the fact at all.
"Does he know about me?" She asked. "Dunno, Maggy." He flew in a full circle. "Now you're really sounding like a modern day teen." Magnolia rested her weight on her hip.
"Am I not?" He stopped. "No. You're still the Victorian teen." Magnolia replied. Suddenly, Magnolia's phone rang. She pulled it out of her back pocket. The ID caller was a non-existent contact. She answered and put it on speaker.
"Can you hear me? Luna of White Fang." She heard a voice almost similar to Myosotis. Gérard leaned in to listen. "Why, isn't it MF?" He teased. MF scoffed from the other side of the line. "Save the greetings for later, Mr. Vamps." He growled. "Anyways, Luna, I'll just warn you. You're being hunted from outside in." MF added. "By who?" Magnolia asked, becoming a little worried.
"I'm sure Mr. Vamps has told you about Jordan and Golden Bell." MF replied. "Hey! Wait! What do you-!" Magnolia wanted to know why, but she was stopped by MF. "-You've got not much time left. And so do I." MF warned, before hanging up.
Magnolia's arm flopped over, stunned. "What does he mean?" Her legs gave way as her phone slipped put of her hands and tumbled onto the floor. Gérard lowered himself to eye level. "Magnolia, get a hold of yourself." He advised.
"What does he mean?! What does Golden Bell wants with me?!" She screamed. "Magnolia!" Gérard hissed, dropping onto his feet. "They could be attacking my pack right now!" Magnolia panicked even more, tears flowing uncontrollably. "Magnolia!" Gérard shouted at her. Even for her, she was too scared to be even stunned about his actions. Her eyes shook, trying to register the situation.
He gripped her shoulders tightly. He stared into her eyes, becoming serious. "Look, Myosotis and everyone else might be in danger if you don't act now. And if you don't, you might as well grovel to Golden Bell for mercy." Gérard said, taking her phone and putting into her hands.
He held her tensed hands, curling his lips in. "I'm heading over to tell your father." He added. Magnolia nodded, rubbing away her tears. "I want you to head back home, tell Levi about this. Do you understand! And don't let anything or anyone stand in your way! Do you hear me?" Magnolia nodded her head again. Gérard stripped his flannel from his torso and tied it around his waist before he ran up onto the edge.
As he leapt, his wings sprung out his back and he swiftly flew off into the orange sky. Magnolia glanced at her phone. It was nearly a quarter after five. She chucked her phone into her back pocket before she shifted into her wolf form and sprinted back home.
