Maddie woke up because of the sun shining through the window, She sat up and look around her dad's room. Her brother and father are peacefully asleep. She checked her phone and she got 5 massages from her friends
Isaac Lahey: where are you? are you okay? call me!
Isaac Lahey: Maddie, this is not funny, just call me please
Scott McCall: Deucalion wants to meet you tonight, dont worry i'll come too. by the way, im so sorry for last night, im such a dick. please forgive me x
Stiles Stilinski: where the hell are you? you were gone like a ghost!
Derek Hale: can you meet me at the loft please? i need to tell you something
Derek's massages sent half an hour ago, so Maddie decided to skip school and went to her room to get ready
She put on her red skinny jeans and some white top, she went to her dad's room and wake Taylor up
"hey, im going to school okay?" Maddie lied, because if she told him the truth, she know she will be in a interrogation session with her protective brother
Taylor just nodded and went back to sleep,Maddie kissed her father's forehead and left after putting on a pair of black combat boots
She parked and went in to Derek's loft.
"what did you get something?" Maddie asked to Derek
"yes, tell her" Derek said looking at Peter
"alright, so he can save Cora well if its worked, but the price is high, his will no longer an alpha if he wants to do this. It's the same method like taking pains away but in a bigger scale" Peter explained
"so? are you trying to tell me that i can save my father? but im not a werewolf, im a shield?"
"well, its kind of worked for a shield too, but instead, it will take your ability, if you dont have an ability, then, it will take the whole thing and so you're not longer a shield"
They were inturupted with the sound of Maddie's phone
"hello?"
"Mads! Argent!"
"wh-what? calm down Taylor! what is it?"
"Dad is talking about the argent and the bank! I think its not going to be good so please can you check on that? i cant leave dad, he's not letting go my hand"
"alright just dont leave him and i'll check it"
"be careful"
Maddie put her phone back in her pocket
"i need to go, thankyou for everything!"
Maddie left but Derek stopped her
"mads, dont do something stupid"
Maddie just nodded and she raced her car to the abandoned bank. She has a lot of things in her mind at the moment. She ran to the volt and she saw Isaac and Allison with her hands tied up. Maddie ran to Isaac who lies unconcious on the floor. She tried to use her one of her ability which is electricity, she hold Isaac's hand and suddenly Isaac woke up because of the strong electron.

"the nemeton. where we found Jennifer. go Taylor!" Maddie's dad said weakly to his children and Isaac. Clicked. Thats where the druid kept all the guardians and Maddie's mom. "you two! stay here!" Taylor grabbed his jacket and he dissapeared. "you coming?" Maddie picked her coat after a couple of minutes. "i know you're not going to let thim go alone! And we dont even know where the nemeton is" Isaac groaned. "thats why we need to hurry up and follow him"
"but what about your dad?" Isaac asked. Maddie ignored him and went downstairs followed by Isaac. "are you crazy? we are not going to leave him alone!" Isaac grabbed Maddie's arm to stop her. "just trust me on this one" Maddie left the house locked and put her hands on the door. She started to protect her house by her abilities and Isaac just gave her the 'what the hell are you doing?' look.
"what are you doing?" Isaac said and Maddie just give him a smile
"give me the key, im not leaving your father alone"
"i suggest you not to walk near my house. you're going to regret it"
Isaac ignored her and he started walk forward to the door and suddenly he was thrown away because of that shield. And he can feel that there's a huge volt of electricity running through his body.
Maddie helped him up and smiled, "i told you. i can protect myself"
