Nothing could get much better.

It was the day before my twenty seventh birthday.

We were lying in bed and had no intention of rising our bodies anytime soon.

That was until Theo's alarm went off.

"Theo, why have you set an alarm?" I mumbled while half asleep and in the comfort of his arms.

"Well we will be late for the plane - obviously..." He replied with a childish smirk altered across his face.

"Plane?" I questioned whilst abruptly sitting up.

"Just follow me birthday girl!"

"It's not my birthday..."

"It's the magical birthday weekend!"

"Okay..."

To be quite honest, he was being way too enthusiastic for me - I mean, it was seven o'clock on a Saturday morning and neither of us had to be anywhere.

After the initial amount of effort I had to put in to stand up, I was very much awake.

Luggage was placed in the front room and he grabbed the car keys.

Completely unaware of where our destination was, I just sat and listened to music on a plane sat next to the love of my life.

As soon as the plane reached land, I knew exactly where I was and due to time difference it was eight in the morning on my birthday!

"Welcome home birthday girl!"
