After our Los Angeles trip we decided to take a detour, to Lima. Home. Kurt came with Audrey and Blaine is picking us up, along with Burt and Carol. My dad, Hiram went on a singles cruise, and my other dad, is in Lima with his new partner, Chad. They're both quite happy.

I'm so happy to be home. I can't wait to see everybody, like Sam, Tina, Mike, Artie, and Matt, see my dad, and go see mr.schue, and show Beth around McKinley. There's so many memories here in this little o'l town.

Beth was on a sugar high for the first hour until finally she knocked out. Before we left the event, Finn let Beth have, an ice cream cone, cotton candy, a juice box, and three cupcakes. So of course we had two super hyper kids on the plane. Now they're happily asleep.

"I'm so happy coming to Lima, we haven't been here in like forever" I say with my head on Finns shoulder

"I know, it seems just like yesterday we were juniors" Finn adds

"Do you ever wish you could change it?" I ask remembering that fateful day when jimmy Edwards committed suicide

"No, as much as I miss jimmy, I wouldn't change it, because he was unhappy, and now he's not" Finn says sad

Finn had known jimmy since seventh grade. They were good friends. Him, jimmy and puck. But then jimmy just slowly faded out of society. He kept quiet, remained with his head low. Some thing in him had changed, and everyone was too busy too notice. Until he brought a gun to school.

"I guess you're right, but let's not talk about that, let's talk about happier things, like Beth's eighth birthday coming up" I say changing the subject

"Oh god, my little princess is turning eight, I can't believe it, feels like she barely learned how to say my foo" Finn said realizing Beth growing up 

"I know, our baby girl, is getting bigger"I say stroking her hair

"Maybe we should just give her lots of coffee and hope she stays this small forever" Finn jokes

"Maybe" I smile

"I love you Rachel," Finn smiles

I look up at him and smile back,

"And I love you Finn Hudson" I say kissing him

We get interrupted by the flight attendant

"We will land in Lima Ohio shortly, please fasten your seat belt and remain seated, enjoy the rest of your flight, thank you for choosing American Airlines"

We pull away and check Beth seatbelt, and she stirs, but remains asleep. Then I lay back, and enjoy.
