"Hey baby!" I said excitedly as my boyfriend Cory walked through the door.
"Wassup babe....where is my daughter at?" He asked looking around.
"She is-"
"Daddy! Daddy! Daddy!" My daughter, Unique said.
"Hey daddies baby!" He said picking her up as he kissed her cheek multiple times.
"Daddy did you get me that new doll I asked for? You said I could get it last week." She said showing a snaggatoothed smile.
"Umm daddy ain't got it at the moment." Cory told her as she pouted lord knows he spoiled her. As a couple tears ran down her face.
"Hey, hey, hey....don't be crying in front of daddy okay." He said as she nodded her head still pouting as he wiped her face kissed her cheek and sat her down.
I walked towards him as I hugged him.
"So, when are you coming back to live here....me and Unique missed you."
"I'on know give me a couple seconds to figure that out." He said as I scrunched up my face.
"Really? You have to think now? Over your daughter and your own life we miss you." I said as I looked at his neck and noticed he had a cut. "What happened there?"
"Umm....I-I got into uhhh a fight and some dude cut me." He said as he rubbed the area.
"Awww poor baby." I said kissing him as he kissed my forehead.
"Sooo I been thinking.." He started to say as I quickly shut it down knowing where this was going.
"No..."
"No?" He questioned.
"No....Senile." I said sternly as he sighed.
"Don't call me that in front of Unique...hell wrong with you." He loudly whispered to me.
"Mybad."
"Yeah, aight I'm finna bounce." He told me as I kissed him one more time.
"Already?" I said as he looked at his watch then picked up Unique.
"Yeah.... I gotta work if my baby wants that doll." He said tickling and kissing Unique as she squirmed in his arms.
"Daddy stop! Please stay a little longer..." As he set her down.
He looked at his phone and texted somebody back as he got this mug, guessing it was one of the boys.
"Yeah, Unique I'll stay longer."
"Mommy?"
"Yeah?"
"Can we go to the park?" She asked with that twinkle in her eyes.
"Go with your dad we already went 3 times, today." I said as she stomped.
"I can't go to the park with daddy cause I'm going with you." She said as Cory laughed.
"Mama park?"
"Later." I said as she walked off. She grabbed my phone and unlocked since I didn't have a password. "What are you doing?"
"Facetiming papa." Unique said as he didn't answer.
"He didn't answer now give me my phone back." I said sitting next to Cory on the couch.
"Papa sleep mama?"
"Yeah papa sleep now give me my damn phone." I said as went to the other side of the living room.
"I wake papa up mama." She said continuing to call my dad but he wouldn't answer her face times which caused me to snatch my phone away from her.
By the time I turned around to sit next to Cory again.....he was gone.
"Mama park?"
