Norway had stayed with Iceland the previous night, holding the small child close to him. He knew Sweden would come to take him away soon. He still wondered how long he would be gone, he couldn't just leave his little brother. These were the things the Norwegian thought about while absentmindedly stroking the younger nations almost snow-white hair. The Northern European nation was pulled back to reality when his little brother let out a small cough. Norway put the back of his hand against Iceland's forehead relieved to find that the child's fever had passed. "Ísland?" Norway started lifting the smaller nation onto his lap. Iceland curled up in his brother's lap laying his head on Norway's chest. "Ja, storebror?" the small nation answered. There was a pause before Norway deciding to procrastinate on telling Iceland of the situation that would soon happen. "Never mind, don't worry about it" the Norseman finally responded.
"Oh, ok" Iceland agreed. With another short pause, Iceland spoke up, "Storebror? What were you and Danmark doing?" the innocent nation asked. Norway's face tinted as red as his flag, "it's nothing you need to worry about Ísland" he quickly answered.
