Paradise

~ Nadine 

I leaned on James' shoulders while I was scrolling down the instagram feed. Andito na kami sa Narita Airport, we're flying back home from Japan, because we shot a few scenes here for our movie this time. 

Mamaya, ang dami naming gagawin, our schedules are jampacked and at the same time, masaya naman siya gawin. Kaya wala na akong time umuwi nang bahay mamaya kasi I have to catch up with my family tapos, I also have to make it up to my friends. 

James: "Are you sure kaya mo pa? I know it's not your thing Nadine, it's okay if we can't attend the event." 

Nadine: "No" she lifted her head "We'll make it work, James." she smiled. 

James nodded and plugged in his earpod back.

As soon as we arrived the airport, My family picked me up, while Tom and Ashley fetched James. 

James: "I'll see you later okay? Call me as soon as possible." He pleaded Good bye to my parents and he kissed my forehead. 

I had to catch up with my family kaya i'm having dinner with them, mamaya, pupunta kami ni James sa Paradise event, tapos after that, we'll be attending Vice's birthday celebration. It may sound tiring to think we just came back from a 4 hour flight, and not to mention, my head hurts so much nanaman, but we have to do this, we also need to have fun with our friends and have some mini break from all the showbiz drama. 

Currently andito na kami sa isang restaurant, finally, our family's complete. It's been so long since we haven't had moments like this. 

Papa: "So ano anak..ihahatid ka ba ni James mamaya?" 

Nadine: she nodded. "Yes pa, pero baka matagalan pa ako, kasi after the Paradise event, pupunta pa kami nang Palace" 

Mama: "Basta, magingat ka ha?" 

Kahit na medyo matanda na si Nadine, medyo strict parin ang Parents niya, lalo na ang Papa niya, but we couldn't blame them. Pinalaki nila si Nadine na decente.

After dinner, sinamahan muna ako ni mama saglit para bumili nang shorts kasi wala akong masusuot mamaya and I don't have time to go home, wala naman akong dalang shorts sa maleta ko dahil malamig sa Japan, bakit naman ako magdadala nang shorts diba? 

Nadine: "Eto na ma" she grabbed the shorts "Isusuot ko nalang, tapos babayaran ko" 

Mama: "Sure ka na anak? Baka magalit si James nyan ha." 

Nadine: "Aynako ma, bsta. Wala na yung magagawa. Tskaaa, sasabihin ko naman sa kanya na ikaw yung pimili" she smiled jokingly. 

Mama: "Loka loka, dinamay mo pa talaga ako"

Kanina pa tawag nang tawag si James, Eh kasi ang traffic nga, kaya medyo na tagalan ako. I'm also with my friends din, na naghihintay na sakin sa labas nang event. 

Nadine: "Yes James" she sighed. The traffic is pissing her off. Nakakaubos nang oras. "Malapit na." 

James: "Do you want me to go out?" 

Nadine: "No na babe, andoon na sina Trish. Sabay nalang kami." 

James: "Take care, okay?" 

Nadine: "Don't worry, I will"

Sam: "She's heeeeere!" 

Biglang liningon siya nang lahat, James' whole squad was there. As soon as he saw me, he grabbed my hand and pulled me closer to him.
