Chapter 71. We're Always Here For You

"There is any time for you to back out and stay here to rest more anyways," I dart a glare to Kris' direction, "I told y'all that I'm fine. In fact, I'm afraid to have lower grades so.. why not?" Everyone of them sighs, "We assure you that you're okay," Xiumin said and pats my head softly. I smiled and sling my bag on my shoulder.

We got into the van which is in fact owned by Suho. I was between Kyungsoo and Baekhyun. Well, I felt uneasiness when his presence is here beside me. I felt so awkward all the time. Why is he sitting beside me anyways? Or I should be the one to sit from the very back because this is his property that he usually seated? I dunno.

The trip was silent and no one dared to talk or chat. It must've been they're thinking about something. Until we're finally here in front of the university. Everybody got out casually and I was the last one because I let the members get out before I do.

As soon as I peek my head out of the van, I was greeted with a hand, it's fingers were so slender. I know who this person might be. I awkwardly smiled and accepted his kind gestures. I hop out of the van and immediately let go from his grasp.

When we arrived in the Black Pearl classroom, I was greeted with a warm and cozy feeling. Just like what I felt everyday when I arrive here. "Okay everyone! We have classes here with Gyuso Jang," Announced Baekhyun and slumped himself by his own territory.

I went to my position and seated comfortably, "Don't forget to drink your medicines later, alright?" I jump a little bit from my position when Kyungsoo whispered on my ear. I put a hand on my chest part and sighed heavily, "Of course, thanks for reminding," He smiles before messing up my hair.

At the perfect timing, Gyuso Jang arrives and clasped his hands together. "Good morning, Black Pearl section!" We stood up and greeted him as well, "Excellent! Now let's start for our discussion!"

Gyuso starts discussing about our new topic right now. I sighed, resting my head with my palm and look around me to find the members who were not interested to listen to the discussion as well. They were just staring to Mr. Jang's hand gestures doing this and that. Others were whispering with one another and others were currently taking a nap.

Should I meet Jin later? Kyungsoo agreed with my wills anyways. But then.. it's both of our responsibility to keep this away from the members.

After Class, Taeyeon's POV

"Psst! Kyungsoo, I'm going somewhere! Mind if you make any alibi for me?" I pleaded, whispering to his ear. He shot me a look, a disbelief to be exact, "Where are you going?" He asked strictly. I bite the inside of my cheeks and look down for a moment, "Uh.. count on me by the library. If I'm not there, maybe.. west bridge?" Kyungsoo raise one brow.

"Not so sure?" I frustratedly shake my head and sling my bag on my shoulders, "Just look for me on either of the options! I'll be gone for a moment!", "Where are you going, Black Pearl?" The members ask. Instead of answering their question, I simply flashed them a bright smile before fastening my pace, "Yah! Don't forget your medicines, okay?" I heard Xiumin's voice added. I raise my thumb's up, signalling that I got it.

I run as fast as I can and think for the possible happenings when I see Jin again. Kyungsoo is too nice enough to hide this secret only for the both of us.

As I arrived in the library, I pant to catch my breath while students were greeting me. Some of them offered me their own drinks but I refused. "No, thank you," I smiled, waving my hand in front of me as random students smiled back.

I finally enter the place and sat down by the corner for a moment. I'm probably waiting for someone, right? "Miss, may we share a seat with you?" I pivot back, but as soon as I find two persons, my eyes enlarge as I freeze on my position. Not even moving an inch, "Taeyeon? I-is.. is that you?" Taeyeon slowly stood up from where she seated. "Jessica? Yuri?" She asked in disbelief.
