Chapter 23

Percy's P.O.V

I slapped Jason across the face, "Fuck you Jason Grace. I never want to see you again." I yelled. I ran out of the big house. I knew Nico was already chasing after me so i went to the only place i knew where he would never go. I kicked off my shoes and jumped into the cold water.

I heard Nico yelling at me from the surface, but i ignored it and swam further down. Once i hit the bottom i sighed and started crying. I felt something touch my shoulder. I jumped and looked at the water nymph who jerked her hand away from me. I looked at her for a bit them covered my face and started crying again.

The nymph pulled my hands away from my face, "Why is the son of Poseidon so sad?" She asked with a very soft calming voice. Once she understood i wasn't going to awnser her, she spoke again, "My name is Naida. Will the son of Poseidon please tell me his name?" She asked.

I looked up at her, "Percy. My name is Percy Jackson."

She nodded, "Will Percy Jackson please tell me why he is crying?" I shook my head and Naida frowned, "Will story upset Naida?" I nodded, "Its ok. Naida wants to help. If helping Percy makes Naida sad then so be it."

I bit my lip, "My boyfriend said i was a suicidal idiot......"

"Oh my!" Gasped Naida, "Can Percy tell Naida why he said to you?"

I took a deap breath and told her what happened from when Annabeth broke up with me till now. I cried at some parts if my story and Naida held me. When i finished i hugged Naida back, "Percy has been through alot. Naida promise that things are going to get better. Naida wants to meet Jason Grace."

I tensed up, "Why Naida? I was wrong about Jason. He doesn't like me."

Naida smiled at me sweetly, "Naida thinks there is more to it than that. Naida wants to meet Jason Grace so Naida can talk to Jason Grace about what happened."

I sighed, "No Naida! I want nothing to do with him anymore! He did worse than Annabeth!"

"Naida doesn't like Annabeth Chase. But if Percy says no to meeting Jason Grace then ok. Naida won't ask Percy again."

I looked up, "Its probably late. Nico must be worrying."

Naida smiled, "Naida likes Nico. Nico helped Percy alot." She kissed my cheek, "Good bye Percy Jackson. Please visit Naida soon!"

"I will. I promise." I swam up to the surface.

I was quickly tackled to the ground, "OH MY GODS PERCY! YOU SCARED THE LIVING HELL OUTTA ME!" Nico sceamed.

I looked down, "Yeah......Im sorr-Nico is something wrong?" I asked.

Nico blinked and looked at me, "Im fine. You need to go to your cabin and get some sleep. Gods you look like shit."

I ignored him as he pushed me all the way to my cabin. Once we were there he wouldn't leave until i was in bed. So i got in bed just so he would leave.

Once he left my cabin, i stared at the ceiling. Before i knew it i was swallowed with darkness.

Nico's P.O.V

When i closed the door to Percy's cabin i ran to the beach. Once i got there i started to search for the water nymph who seemed like she wanted to talk to me. After about 20 minutes of searching i sat down on a rock, "Oh good Percy's friend Nico Di Angelo came back to talk with Naida." I fell of the rock and the nymph gasped, "Oh Naida is sorry! Naida didn't mean to scare Nico!"

I put my hands up, "Its alright nymph. You don't have to apologize."

The nymph nodded then her face froze with terror, "Nico is the son of Hades! Please dont hurt Naida! Naida did no harm to Percy Jackson! Naida only helped Percy!"

I sighed and put my hands in my pockets, "Hey Naida right?" She nodded and backed away, "Naida, im not going to hurt you. I know i am the son of Hades, but im nothing like my father, i promise. You said you helped Percy. I want to thank you for that. Percy needs all the help he can get."

Naida bowed her head and smiled, "Naida was happy to help the son of the Sea God. But Naida asked Nico to come back so Naida can ask Nico for a favor."

"Ok what's the favor, Naida?" I asked.

She beamed, "Nico is letting Naida ask for something! Nothing like this has ever happened to Naida before!" I chuckled, "Naida's favor is simple. Naida wants to meet Jason Grace. Naida is asking Nico to bring me Jason Grace."

I stared at Naida, "Did Percy tell you what Jason did?" She nodded sadly, "So im guessing you want to hear his side of the story?" She nodded eagerly. I ran my hand through my hair, "Yeah ok. I will see if i can get Jason down here tomorrow."

Naida clapped happily, "Oh thank you Nico! Percy told Naida that Nico is a good person!"

I smiled, "You're welcome Naida. Goodnight."

She waved at me and a gave a small wave back. Once i was off the beach i looked back at it, "What are you planning Naida?"
