Chapter 69. Personal Nurse

"Yeah. I thought you're helping him, Kai? It's a brilliant idea to be here as a back-up! Kyungsoo needs me!" Chanyeol walk towards Kyungsoo. "May I help you with that?" Chanyeol politely asked.

"Yes please. You'll cut the vegetables while I'll prepare for the spices," He immediately answered as all I can feel that I was totally rejected just now.

I shake my head and messed up my hair in annoyance before storming off the kitchen area.

Xiumin's POV

Lay took off the thermometer after 3 to 5 minutes and checked her temperature, "Oh my god," He gasped, his eyes were switch enlarge. "She had a high fever! This isn't normal anymore! Her temperature is in forty degrees!" He exclaimed which made someone inch closer to him, and it's none-other than the master, Baekhyun.

It made me wonder, why's Baekhyun acting really concern all so sudden? Is he changing into the same old Baekhyun way back then? Is he now improving himself too?

"What!?" Baekhyun exclaimed in disbelief. The way he reacted. The way he flashed his small smile towards us. The way he act. The way he speak gently. The way his eyes always locked to Taeyeon. The way he held her hands tightly. The way he concerns. The way he worried so much. Is it a sign of him improving himself back to his normal attitude?

Scratch that! Just wait a second! Wait a second! But what's the reason for him to change? As if a cue, someone popped into my mind. Is it because of Taeyeon? Is she the reason why Baekhyun is acting this way? I know I have no rights to involve in their relationship and I have my own limits but.. these were the only things as I can say;

Never did Baekhyun saved someone nor care and worried for someone from his past angels but only his present, his Third Angel, Taeyeon.

I know that stalking on their personal and private information is not my intension to, but I just need to investigate this without the members' presence.

Baekhyun's POV

I was left alone again together with the still unconscious Taeyeon. The members were divided, one group went through the store to buy some medicines and health kit supplies since we're almost out of stock here. Others went to the police station to report for the incident. Yes, I reported those three bastards for ruining her! What if I didn't come on time? What if I was too late? What will I do if I ever– Stop thinking those for now, Baekhyun! You're not helping into the situation!

Just what I thought.. how did she got there alone? I bite my lower lip as if I'm in a deep thought when I heard her murmur and humming again. I was surprised and quickly look at her gently. I'm currently laying right beside her so I took the chance to check her temperature for a moment by placing a palm on her forehead.

My eyes gradually widened in shock when I felt her heat was the same thing as earlier!

Baekhyun looked around to find a thing that could help Taeyeon's high fever decrease. Luckily, there was a cooling pad by the table so he needs to stand up to get for the thing.

He slowly get off from her for a moment to take the chance to reach for the pad. It's nearly an inch away from his slender index finger when someone pulled him back, causing him to stumble down back to the bed.

But this time, it wasn't the same position he did earlier state. He's now lying beside her. He can feel her breath touching his cheek. He felt uneasy from his hand so he look down and witnessed that it was been intertwined with hers', again.

Slowly, Taeyeon wrap her free arm around Baekhyun's waist and pull him closer to her. The beatings from Baekhyun's heart were abnormally thumping so fast like it's gonna jump out away from him any moment.

I tried my best to struggle but she only tightened the grip from my waist. Her breathings touched my cheek and it got even heavier like she's afraid that someone will leave her. I stared at her eyes, down to her nose, and lastly, to her pale lips that were still quivering because of fear.

"D-don't.. go,"

A/N: Whoah! I made it! I made it again! It was about 2 more laps but I still manage to finish this chapter in less than 1 hour! Take note, no cutting sessions so a round of applause for Author-nim!

By the way~ It made me sweat so hard for typing fast since it got a lot of twist in here! For sure I set two main bromance here, eeh?

I feel so bad for Kai here getting rejected! Oh well, ChanSoo won for the very first time though. And oh, 'bout the changing of clothes scene, please do not ask me if how did Baekhyun changed her clothes into something new!

Just imagine that he's not looking while he's changing her! LOL! What will be the result? Aish! Enough with that! It's getting perverted so please do not ask about that scene any further! Whoah! I'm sweating a lot!

It seems like I also spoil too much BaekYeon scene for the past few chapters, eeh? But since this is a BaekYeon FANFIC so it's free! LOL!

I'm still in a good mood because Baekhyun was been winking at me repeatedly! LOL!
