10:47pm.
"Do you guys want the spaghetti now?" I shoutfully ask, hoping they'll say 'yes' because I'm starving.
"Please!" Ashton shouts from the living room, followed by a, "I'm starving!" by Luke.
I laugh, "Okay!" I reply, and get out the things needed.
I can't help but think of Calum as I cook. I try to think of how good the spaghetti will taste, or how hungry I am, but all thoughts lead back to Calum. I sigh, and pull out my phone and go to a setting in my phone called 'blocked contacts'. I tap on that, and the only one there is the name 'calum'. I press the unblock button, and it asks me;
'Are you sure you want to unblock calum?'
I tap the 'yes' option, even though I'm really not sure, and send Calum a text.
michael: come over right now, here's my address
I send him my address, and as quick as I send it, is as quick as he replies.
calum: on my way.
I take a deep breath, and go back to making the spaghetti, eager to see Calum again, even though I probably shouldn't be. What we're going to talk about isn't exactly fun or exciting, but I can't help but feel a bit eager.
"Is it almost done?" Luke asks, walking into the kicthen and looking over me as I stir the noodles.
I smile, "Yes, almost." I reply.
Just as Luke is about to walk out, I quickly tell him, "Calum is coming over, like, right now." But I say it so fast, you can barely understand me.
Luke stops in his tracks and turns to face me, "He's what?" Luke asks, his voice suddenly stern.
I smile at him nervously, still holding the wooden spoon in my hand, "Yeah, uh, is that a problem?" I ask.
Luke opens his mouth as to say something, but then stomps away as if he's 5 years old.
"Ashton!" Luke shouts. I groan, knowing this is going to turn into something that doesn't need to happen.
"Yeah?" I hear Ashton ask.
"Calum is coming over! Right now!" Luke exclaims, nothing but anger in his voice.
I sigh as I hear footsteps approach the kitchen, my back turned the the entrance of the kitchen so I don't have to see the two boys.
"Michael Clifford, was this your doing?" Ashton asks, his voice just as stern as Luke's. Well, a bit more, because Luke is a puppy and Ashton is more like a bull dog.
I groan, and face Ashton and Luke, putting the wooden spoon down on the stove, "Yes, we're all just going to talk about what happened." I say.
"Just talk?" Ashton says, and I swear I see a small smirk on his face.
"Yes." I say, blushing slightly, even though Ashton probably wasn't assuming anything like that.
It gets quiet for a second, Ashton seems to be thinking. Ashton sighs and turns to Luke.
"Baby," He says, and grabs both of Luke's hands, "do you think you can just talk to him?" He asks, a bit of hope in his voice, and then whispers something to Luke, which I can't make out, but Luke blushes, and just nods.
